In a large bowl, Take 2 boiled and grated potatoes, add Salt, Green Chillies, Chaat Masala, Roasted & Crushed Cumin, Lemon Juice, Chilli Flakes, pinch of Turmeric Powder, Coriander leaves and finely Chopped Onion. 2. Mix everything well and taste the mixture for perfect balance of flavours. 3. Now add Rice flour and Corn flour (Both the ingredients are used for binding and crispiness of the Tikkis). 4. We have to knead it like dough, if the mixture is loose while kneading you can add more rice and corn flour. 5. Grease your hands with little oil and make round shape Tikkis. 6. Meanwhile we have heated oil for frying. Once the oil is heated, put all the Tikkis for fry at medium flame. When one side turns Golden brown, flip and fry the other side. 7. Place all the fried Aloo Tikkis on the plate, put Tamarind Chutney, sweet Curd (Beat the curd by adding a little sugar and salt), Green Chutney, Chaat Masala, Roasted & Crushed Cumin, Red Chilli Powder and Onions.
