Functions that within the Holy See and the Vatican City State are qualified as politically exposed persons

Holy See

- His Holiness the Supreme Pontiff;

- the Cardinal Secretary of State of His Holiness;

- Prefects or Presidents, Secretaries, Under-Secretaries and Delegates of Dicasteries, Offices or Other Bodies of the Roman Curia;

- Superiors, Presidents, Directors or Secretaries, Deputy Directors or Under-Secretaries of Institutions connected to the Holy See.

Vatican City State

- His Holiness the Supreme Pontiff, Sovereign;

- The President of the Governorate;

- The Secretary General and the Vice-Secretary General of the Governorate;

- Directors of Directorates and Heads of Central Offices of the Governorate;

- Deputy Directors of the Directorates of the Governorate.

Holy See

- Members of the College of Cardinals.

Vatican City State

- Members of the Pontifical Commission for the Vatican City State.

- the Prefect, the Secretary, the Promoter of Justice, the Defender of the Bond and the Members of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura.

Vatican City State

- the President, the Promoter of Justice and the Members of the Court of Cassation.

- Superiors of the Dicasteries and of the Offices responsible for auditing the accounts;

- Superiors of the Dicasteries and of the competent Offices for the definition of the monetary policy, the exchange policy or the budget policy and the management of the public debt.
