As The Beach Boys mark more than a half century of making music, the group continues to ride the crest of a wave unequalled in America's musical history. The Beach Boys have become synonymous with the California lifestyle and have become an American icon to fans around the world.

As the lead-singer and front man, is also one of rock’s foremost . The Beach Boys first hit, "Surfin'" (1961) came from his pen as he went on to write other classic Beach Boys’ hits; Fun, Fun, Fun," "," "," "Help Me Rhonda," and Grammy nominated "." Years later he showed he still had the lyrical chops by co-writing the chart topping and Golden Globe nominated (1988) “Kokomo”. Dozens of the bands chart toppers have become eternal anthems of American youth including; "Surfin' USA," "," "," "Wouldn't It Be Nice," " Music."

In 2016 The Beach Boys celebrated the 50th anniversary of “Good Vibrations” which is widely considered one of the greatest masterpieces in the history of Rock and roll. Front man Mike Love released his highly- anticipated New York Times best-selling memoir titled GOOD VIBRATIONS: My Life as a Beach Boy. Most recently Love released a special double through BMG entitled “Unleash the Love” featuring 13 previously unreleased and 14 re-recordings of Beach Boys’ classics. The album is a testament and continuation of Love’s remarkable career.

The Beach Boys have sold over 100 million worldwide and have received more than 33 RIAA Platinum and Gold record awards. The Rock And Roll Hall of Famers where honored at the 2001 Grammy Awards with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
