1. Citylink and Belfast Promotion 1.1 Key Points

• We’ve joined forces with Ulsterbus and Stena Line to introduce a £25 return offer for travel to Belfast.

• This offer is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY.

• The offer will run in the Scottish Sun this weekend and travel can be made between 9 March - 29 April. The offer will not be available offer Easter (29th March to 9th April)

• Customers will simply quote the promotional code printed in the newspaper to receive the offer. The offer cannot be redeemed on bus.

1.2 Call Centre: Issuing instructions

A step by step guide of the correct procedure follows:

• Verbally ensure the customer quotes the promotional code.

•Make the booking through STAR as normal and enter the promotional code on the journey planner.

Terms and Conditions

• The offer is available on Citylink/Ulsterbus service 923 from between // and Belfast.

• The Offer is not valid for travel between 29th March and 9th April.

• Tickets can be booked through the website; the Scottish Citylink Call Centre, Citylink or Ulsterbus Travel Centre’s or appointed agents.

• The promotion is not valid for tickets purchased on board the bus

• The offer applies to return tickets only.

• Tickets are non refundable and non changeable.

• A delivery charge where applicable will be added. For delivery of tickets, postage will be charged at 50p and text tickets at 10p. There is no charge for e-tickets.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Scottish Citylink reserves the right to cancel any transaction and/or withdraw tickets if the full terms and conditions are not met.

• All customers traveling are subject to the Standard Conditions of Carriage of Scottish Citylink Coaches Ltd.

2. New Citylink Call Centre Number

From Monday 8th March the Call Centre number will change to 0871 266 33 33. Calls cost 10p/min from BT landlines. Charges from other providers or mobiles may vary.

For the next 3 months there will be a message prompting all customers who call 08705 50 50 50 to contact Citylink on the new above number.

All marketing material such as posters, timetables and leaflets are currently being updated and will be sent out in due course.
