All dealers having principal place of business or the place of business, as the case may be within the areas:-

• Left hand side of High Street to Amirakadal Bridge • Both sides of road starting from Amirakadal Bridge and ending at Police Station, Koth Bagh including right hand side links and left hand side links Commercial Taxes connecting /Residency Road with Circle "A" Maulana Azad Road but excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units;

v. Persons dealing in Bricks.

All dealers having principal place of business or the place of business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Falling on both sides of the roads leering from Badshah Bridge upto Gawkadal Bridge including link roads; • Maulana Azad Road upto Govt. Women's College; • Area on the left side of M.A. Road between Commercial Taxes Badshah Bridge and Women's College upto Barber Circle "B" Shah Bridge i.e., excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units;

v. Persons dealing in Bricks. Commercial Taxes All dealers having principal place of business or the place of Circle "C" business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Right back of River Jhelum starting from Gawkadal Bridge upto Cement Bridge i.e., (Noor Bagh via Habbakadal, Zainakadal, S.R.Gunj, Nawakadal, Khani- kahi sukhta, Safakadal but excluding the dealers falling under the jurisdiction of Circle "N" and:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units;

v. Persons dealing in Bricks. All dealers having principal place of business or the place of business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Right Hand side of Hari Singh High Street starting from Jahangir Chowk leading towards Amirakadal, Bazar, Old Hospital Road, Naaz Cinema Road. • Areas falling on the left hand side of road starting from exhibition crossing to Ram Bagh Bridge Commercial Taxes including Jawahar Nagar, , Gogjibagh and Circle "D" Wazirbagh but excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units;

v. Persons dealing in Bricks. • All Small scale Industrial Units having their place of businesses in the organised industrial sector falling in the Districts of and . • All medium and large scale Units falling in the Kashmir Commercial Taxes Division but excluding districts of and Kargil Circle "E" • All dealers dealing in Timber in the district of Srinagar

• Brick Kiln dealers operating in the districts of Srinagar & Budgam. Commercial Taxes All dealers having principal place of business or the place of Circle "F" business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Falling on residency road starting from Kothibagh Police Station to Pandretihan including Batwara, Ram Munshi bagh, Sonawar, Amar Singh Club Road and the Bund beyond State Banck of building and Durganga Road • Both sides of Maulana Azad Road starting from the end of Govt. Women's College (including Link Roads) between Sheerwani Road and M.A. Road upto Municipal Limits via Dalgate and Boulevard Road, Dalgate to Nawpura Bridge and Khayam Chowk to Barbershah Crossing via Munawarabad Road and from Shalimar crossing to Zakoora crossing via Tailbal but excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units;

v. Persons dealing in Bricks. All dealers having principal place of business or the place of business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Areas falling on both sides of the road starting from exhibition crossing to via Batmaloo, Qamerwari. • Dealers falling in the area i.e., Narsinghgarh and Ball garden but excluding the dealers falling in the areas of Suthra shahi, Neelam Chowk and Karan Commercial Taxes Nagar and also excluding:- Circle "G" i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units;

Persons dealing in Bricks. • All dealers whose main business activities consist of works contract in District Budgam and Srinagar; • Persons dealing in IMFL & having their place of business in districts of Srinagar & Budgam; Commercial Tax Circle "H" • Dealers falling in the area between Barzulla crossing via Hyderpora to Cooperative Colony Per Bagh Bridge and areas falling from Rambagh crossing and B.K. Pora. All small scale Industrial Units having their place of Commercial Taxes businesses in the outside Industrial Sectors on the Western Circle "I" Side of the river Jhelum including the Small Scale Units falling outside the Industrial Sectors of . Commercial Tax Circle All dealers having principal place of business or the place of "J" business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Both sides of the road starting from Nowpora Bridge upto Nallahmar crossing (Old Police Station ). • Both sides of the road including right and left hand links from Sheeraz crossing to Habak including Western side of . • All the areas falling on the right hand side of the road starting from Nallahmar crossing Khanyar upto via , Soura, and but excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units; v. Persons dealing in Bricks.

• All dealers having principal place of business in the tehsils of & ; Commercial Tax Circle • Brick Kilns operating in tehsils of Tral & Pampore; "K"

• Industrial Units falling in the tehsils of Tral & Pampore All dealers having principal place of business or the place of business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Areas commencing from Jahangir crossing upto Kani Kadal Bridge via Old Secretariat Road, Shahid Gunj including Chowk • Right hand side of the area starting from exhibition crossing upto Ram bagh Bridge and beyond Rambagh Bridge both sides of the Road leading towards old Air port viz., Barzulla and Sant Nagar. • Dealers falling in the areas i.e., Sutra shahi, Neela Commercial Tax Circle Chowk and Karan Nagar upto Kaka Sarai but "L" excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber, coal; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units; v. Persons dealing in Bricks

All small scale industrial units having their place of business in the outside industrial sectors on the eastern Commercial Tax Circle side of the River Jhelum. "M"

Commercial Tax Circle All dealers having principal place of business or the place of "N" business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Falling on both sides of the Nallahmar starting from (Old Police Station Khanyar) upto Cement Bridge. • Areas falling on left hand side of the road starting from Nallahmar crossing Khanyar proceeding to Sonamarg via Jamia Masjid, Hawal and Soura onwards including all the links on the left hand side of the road connection to Nallahmar road starting from Nallahmar crossing Khanyar but excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units; v. Persons dealing in Bricks.

All dealers having principal place of business or the place of business, as the case may be, within the areas:-

• Areas commencing from Tankipora Bridge onwards upto Cement Bridge on the left hand side of river Jhelum. • Kani kadal Bridge onwards via Medical College Road upto Kaka Sarai and beyond Kaka Sarai Both sides of the area upto Cement Bridge but excluding the area falling in Commercial Tax Circle "G" • All the areas starting from Sayeed Mansoor Bridge upto Cement Bridge via Nawabazar and the link Commercial Tax Circle roads connecting between the left hand side of the "O" roads i.e., Nawabazar road and Mujahid Manzil Road but excluding:-

i. Persons dealing in Timber; ii. Persons dealing in Indian Made Foreign Liquor iii. Persons whose main business activities consist of work contracts; iv. Persons owning Industrial Units; v. Persons dealing in Bricks.

• All dealers having principal place of business in the tehsils of & ; Commercial Taxes • Brick Kilns operating in tehsils of Shopian & Pulwama; Circle Pulwama

• Industrial Units falling in the tehsils of Shopian & Pulwama • All dealers having principal place of business as the case may be falling in the District Budgam, except areas from Brazils crossing via Hyderpora upto Peer Bagh Co- Commercial Tax Circle operative Colony Bridge; Budgam • Brick Kilns operating in the Districts of Budgam & Srinagar;

• Industrial Units falling in the Districts of Budgam excluding Organized Sector of Zainakote & Sant Nagar. Commercial Tax Circle • All dealers having principal place of business in the tehsils of , Uri, and Sumbal; • Brick Kilns operative in Tehsil of Baramulla, Uri, Tangmarg and Sumbal; Baramulla • SSI Units falling in the tehsils of Baramulla, Uri, Tangmarg.

• Persons dealing in IMFL having their principal place of business at Baramulla, Uri, Tangmarg and Sumbal. • All dealers having principal place of business in the tehsils of & Bandipora and ; • Brick Kilns operating in tehsils of Sopore, Pattan and Bandipora and Gurez; Commercial Tax Circle • SSI Units falling in the tehsils of Sopore, Pattan, Bandipora Sopore and Gurez.

• Persons dealing in IMFL having their principal place of business at Sopore, , Pattan and Gurez. • All dealers having their principal place of business in tehsils of , and ; • Brick Kilns operating in tehsils of Kupwara Handwara and Karnah Commercial Tax Circle • SSI Units falling in the tehsils of Kupwara, Handwara and Kupwara Karnah

• Brick Kilns owners operating in district Kargil • All dealers having their principal place of business in the district of Leh • SSI Units falling in the district of Leh • Dealers dealing in IMFL and having their place of business Commercial Tax Circle in district Leh Leh • All dealers whose main business consists of works contract; • Dealers dealing in Timber in District Leh
