3. The petitioners/A2 to A4 counsel argued that A2 and A3 happened to be the friends of Al, who said to have developed illegal intimacy with the wife of deceased and being the friends they were implicated in the offence; that material part of investigation is completed; that LWs 1 to 10 are NGARAakn 2

examined; that the second wife of deceased Deepika is behind the back of complaint, and so, requested for bail.

6. The Addl. Public Prosecutor opposed bail and also submitted Bai Oppose Letter. It is argued that the dead body of the deceased was carried in an Auto to the Tank after committing murder of deceased; that the dead body tied to a cement pole and thrown into the Tank; that investigation is pending and some more witnesses have to be examined;: that Auto, Bike and mobile phone used in the commission of offence were seized; that petitioners have helped Al in disposing the dead body, and so, requested for dismissal of the petition.
