How to get to FCT- UNL The “International Symposium on Cultural Property Risk Analysis” will be held in Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT-UNL). The FCT campus is located south of Lisbon, just across the bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril). The campus is served by a wide transport network, including combined services (bus, train, ferry) and by tram, which terminus ("University") is located along one of the FCT entrances as you can see on the campus map (see Fig. 1 and 2) (Modified from Google Maps) Fig.1 - Map showing how to get to FCT-UNL when coming from Lisboa. The blue line marks the Fertagus train (that crosses Tagus river bridge), the yellow line the Tram (or surface Metro) that can be taken in “Pragal” train station and it will end in one of the FCT entrances (near the “Biblioteca” library). How to get FCT from the airport? 1) By Taxi There are always plenty of taxis at the Arrivals and Departures Halls. All the taxis have meters, a ride to FCT/UNL costs approximately €30, depending on the traffic. During weekends, nights, and holidays there is a 20% surcharge. or There is a taxi stand just in front of the exit from the arrivals hall. You can take a taxi yourself, or you can buy a taxi voucher inside the arrivals hall (safer option).
