Ante Šalinović prof. sociologije (Zagreb) Ante Šalinović je rođen 1978. godine u Mostaru. Osnovnu i srednju školu pohađa u Vrgorcu, a potom upisuje Filozofski fakultet u Zagrebu, Odsjek za sociologiju na kojem diplomira 2005. godine. Od 2012. pohađa poslijediplomski stručni studij „Poslovno upravljanje – MBA“ na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Zagrebu. 2009. godine je u organizaciji Hrvatskog olimpijskog odbora završio školovanje za „Upravljanje olimpijskim sportskim organizacijama“. Predavač je na Hrvatskim studijima, Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Gost-predavač na većem broju poslovnih škola i učilišta (Vern, Poslovna akademija, Experta, Filaks), na edukacijama novinara (ICEJ Opatija) te na većem broju međunarodnih stručnih konferencija (SEMPL, FESTO, IDEJA X, SOF, SEEMAR, SPORTO). Koautor je 4 znanstvena i stručna rada. Aktivno se služi engleskim jezikom. Poslovnu karijeru je počeo obavljajući honorarne poslove u obiteljskoj tvrtki da bi također honorarno 2000. godine počeo raditi u agenciji Puls nakon čega odlazi u agenciju Mediana Fides gdje radi kao voditelj projekata. 2002. i 2003. je voditelj istraživanja u agenciji Stratego nakon čega se zapošljava u agenciji Puls gdje je 6 godina bio voditelj odjela za istraživanje medija. Od 2009. do 2015. je regionalni direktor medijskih istraživanja agencije Ipsos Puls, a od ove godine postaje Ispos Adria Connect Director čime je odgovoran za upravljanje i poslovanje agencije u 8 država regije te je ujedno koordinator medijskih istraživanja za zemlje centralne i istočne Europe te Afrike (cca 30 država). Bio je kandidat na izborima za Nadzorni odbor Hajduka 2011. godine. Anthony Marinov dipl.ing. stroj (Zagreb) Anthony Marinov je rođen 1974. godine. Osnovnu školu je dijelom pohađao u Primoštenu, a dijelom u Splitu gdje je završio i srednjoškolsko obrazovanje u MIOC-u, smjer prirodoslovno-matematički tehničar. -

In this contribution, Croatian Competition Agency wishes to present its cases which are examples of remedies designed to eliminate possible negative effects of concentrations, in three cases, and of an abuse of dominant position in one case. 2. The three concentrations involve Agrokor, a conglomerate integration which consists of some of the most significant undertakings on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, with regard to their offer of products and their presence on domestic market. Majority of those undertakings have a long tradition and represent very well recognized and leading brands on the market. -

Prikaz Tržišta Distributivne Trgovine Mješovitom Robom, Pretežno
Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja Prikaz tržišta trgovine na malo mješovitom robom, pretežno hranom, pićima i higijenskim proizvodima za domaćinstvo u Republici Hrvatskoj u 2012. Uvod Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja (AZTN) je i u 2012. provela redovito istraživanje tržišta trgovine na malo mješovitom robom, pretežno hranom, pićima i higijenskim proizvodima za domaćinstvo. Istraživanje se temeljilo na uzorku od 55 poduzetnika koji su, prema ostvarenim prihodima, najveći trgovci na malo robom široke potrošnje u Republici Hrvatskoj. Drugim riječima, obuhvaćeni su u pravilu trgovački lanci roba široke potrošnje. U uzorku poduzetnika obuhvaćenih istraživanjem u odnosu na godinu ranije ne nalazi se jedan poduzetnik - Trgocentar Virovitica, no u istraživanje je uvršten jedan novi poduzetnik - Pan Trgovina Đakovo pa je broj poduzetnika obuhvaćenih ovim istraživanjem isti kao i u 2011. Podaci o ostvarenim prihodima odnose se isključivo na prihode od prodaje osnovnih prehrambenih i neprehrambenih proizvoda odnosno primarnih živežnih namirnica i higijenskih proizvoda za svakodnevnu upotrebu u kućanstvu. Svi podaci korišteni u istraživanju dobiveni su izravno od poduzetnika. U istraživanje nisu uključeni poduzetnici koji trgovinu na malo obavljaju temeljem Zakona o obrtu te maloprodajna mjesta u kojima prodaja hrane, pića i higijenskih proizvoda za domaćinstvo nije pretežita djelatnost (benzinske postaje, kiosci, drogerije, itd). Sažetak Unatoč nastavku recesije u Hrvatskoj i višegodišnjoj gospodarskoj krizi, trgovina na malo mješovitom robom, pretežito hranom, pićima i higijenskim proizvodima za domaćinstvo u 2012. bilježi nominalni rast u odnosu na prethodnu godinu i to s 30,5 milijardi kuna na 31,1 milijardu kuna, odnosno za dva posto. Ipak, radi se o sporijem rastu nego što je bio onaj koji je zabilježen u 2011. -

U zemljama središnje i istočne Europe snažan razvoj maloprodajnog tržišta započinje nastupanjem procesa tranzicije iz centralno-planskog u tržišno gospodarstvo. U ovom procesu bitnu ulogu imali su strateški savezi kao obrazac koji poslovnim subjektima u trgovini na malo omogućuje širenje na nova tržišta, povećanje konkurentnosti, optimiziranje poslovanja i tržišni opstanak. Cilj je rada istražiti razvoj trgovine na malo i ulogu strateških saveza u navedenom procesu u Europskoj uniji i odabranim zemljama središnje i istočne Europe. Istraživanje upućuje na rast konsolidacije i koncentracije kao temeljna obilježja trgovine na malo u analiziranim zemljama tijekom proteklih dvaju desetljeća. Ključne riječi: trgovina na malo, strateški savezi, Europska unija 1. UVOD Trgovina na malo u suvremenim ekonomijama ključan je posrednik u uslugama između brojnih dobavljača i potrošača. Većina potrošača u zemljama Europske unije i u onima središnje i istočne Europe koristi se prednostima integriranog maloprodajnog tržišta na temelju dostupnosti i kupovine povoljnih i kvalitetnih dobara iz drugih zemalja u svojim lokalnim prodavaonicama, dok djelatnost trgovine na malo značajno pridonosi ostvarenju makroekonomskih agregata nacionalnih gospodarstava.
