    THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR - SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM INVALIDS AND SOCIAL Independence - Freedom - Happiness AFFAIRS ---------- -------- No. 11/2013/TT-BLDTBXH Hanoi, June 11, 2013 CIRCULAR PROMULGATING LIST OF LIGHT WORKS ALLOWED USING PERSONS UNDER 15 YEARS OLD TO WORK Pursuant to the Labour Code dated June 18, 2012; Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 106/2012/ND-CP dated December 20, 2012 defining the functions, duties, authorities and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs; At the proposal of Director of the Work Safety Department; The Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates list of light works allowed using persons under 15 years old to work, Article 1. 1. To promulgate together with this Circular list of light works allowed using persons under 15 years old to work. 2. This Circular applies to all enterprises, agencies, organizations, cooperatives, households and individuals hiring, using labourers under labour contracts (hereinafter abbreviated to the employers). Article 2. 1. The employers take responsibility: a) To review works using persons under 15 years old; just permit using persons under 15 years old to do works in list of light works promulgated together with this Circular; b) When recruiting persons under 15 years old to work, it is required to have health certificates issued by the competent medical examination and treatment establishments which confirm that heath is suitable with work; to organize periodical medical health examination at least 6 months

SPOTLIGHT 4th Evidence Aid International Conference Evidence Aid is hosting “Humanitarian Evidence”, its fourth in a series of successful international forums on 17 and 18 November 2016 in Washington, D.C. at Georgetown University. The international platform, which addresses the need to deliver time sensitive access to summarized scientific evidence to inform the response and preparation for disasters and humanitarian emergencies, will be hosting the conference alongside Georgetown University, the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (PAHO/WHO). PAHO/WHO worked together on a scientific survey (Policy Delphi Study) that engaged a wide range of key stakeholders in disaster response – the findings inspired this event. Additional information and registration is available on the Evidence Aid website. The event is complemented by a training workshop for emergency respondents to be held at PAHO. More information about the latter under “In the Secretariat” Summer Institute for systematic reviews in nutrition for global policy making Between July 25th and August 5th, experts from Cornell University, the World Health Organization (WHO), the Cochrane Collaboration and the micronutrient Initiative gathered to attend the Summer Institute training for nutrition experts, on developing systematic reviews to inform policies for nutrition and global health.

In total, the character matrix includes 47 taxa: 35 linyphiids representing the currently used subfamilies of Linyphiidae (Stemonyphantinae, Mynogleninae, Erigoninae, and Linyphiinae (Micronetini plus Linyphiini)) and 12 outgroup species representing nine araneoid families (Pimoidae, Theridiidae, Nesticidae, Synotaxidae, Cyatholipidae, Mysmenidae, Theridiosomatidae, Tetragnathidae, and Araneidae). The morphological characters include those used in recent studies of linyphiid phylogenetics, covering both genitalic and somatic morphology. White1,3* Abstract The stressful experiences that many asylum seekers and refugees (AS&R) are exposed to during forced migration, and during resettlement in host countries, can have a profound impact on their mental health. Comparatively less research attention has been allocated to exploring other indices of quality of life (QoL) in AS&R populations. This review aimed to (i) synthesize the predictors and correlates of QoL of AS&R populations in high-income countries, and (ii) to identify the methodological strengths and weaknesses of this body of research. Fourteen databases were systematically searched (Medline, PsychINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Health Technology Assessment, National Health Service Economic Evaluation, Educational Resource Index and Abstracts, BiblioMap, Scopus, Social Sciences Citation Index, Evidence Aid, DARE, Web of Science and PubMed). Eligibility criteria included: adults seeking asylum or refuge in a high-income country, primary quantitative data, the use of a measure based on the WHO’s definition of QoL, published in a peer-reviewed journal. A narrative synthesis approach was used, and the quality was assessed using the AXIS tool for cross-sectional studies and the CASP tool for longitudinal studies. Of the 13.656 papers identified, 23 met the eligibility criteria. A wide range of factors were found to have significant associations with QoL.

She attended school in Wil and Neuchâtel. Karin Keller-Sutter is a trained translator/interpreter and secondary school teacher. Between 1989 and 2000, she worked as a freelance translator and also taught at a vocational school. Karin Keller-Sutter began her political career in 1992 as a member of Wil town Council and was elected to the cantonal parliament of St. Gallen in 1996. In 2000, she entered the cantonal government of St. Gallen where she headed the Justice and Security Department. In 2011, Karin Keller-Sutter was elected to the Council of States where she represented the canton of St. Gallen. She held the presidency of the Council of States in 2017/2018. Karin Keller-Sutter has also sat on the boards of various companies and foundations. The United Federal Assembly elected Karin Keller-Sutter to the Swiss Federal Council on 5 December 2018. ZooKeys 842: 85–112. https://doi.org/10.3897/zookeys.842.32970 Abstract A previously unreported radiation of myrmarachnine jumping spiders from New Guinea is described, which, although having few known species, is remarkably diverse in body forms. This clade is the new subtribe Levieina, represented by seven new species in three new genera. Within Leviea gen. n. are three new species, L. herberti sp. n., L. lornae sp. n., and L. francesae sp. n., all of which are unusual among the myrmarachnines in appearing as typical salticids, not antlike. Papuamyr gen. n. superficially resembles Ligonipes Karsch, 1878 or Rhombonotus L. Koch, 1879 as a compact antlike spider, but lacks their laterally- compressed palp and bears an ectal spur on the paturon of the chelicera.
