Introduction every five years. WODC remains the Local Planning Authority in terms of determining planning applications. What is a Neighbourhood Plan? 1.1 A Neighbourhood Plan sets out the vision and planning policies for Purpose of this document an area which, once adopted, are used for planning and decision making 1.5 This document builds on previous public engagement exercises and relating to the development of land.
