There are a growing number of residents who rely exclusively on mobile phone coverage which is, depending on carrier, non-existent, very patchy and/or intermittent in many parts of the village. In addition, a growing number of residents use fibre optic broadband connection for phone service, as well as internet access, and during power cuts this becomes unavailable. In an emergency, access to a public telephone would be vital to both these groups.     What You Need to Know GETTING STARTED When is ESC? What is ESC? ? The European Student Convention should not be missed! It is a fantastic opportunity for your students/children (ages 10 - 19) to interact with other students, receive solid Biblical teaching in dynamic evening rallies, and sharpen their skills as they prepare for and compete in a wide variety of events. Where is ESC? The convention is held at Kingham Hill School, which is beautifully situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, between Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-Upon-Avon.
