To VIA Optronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.,

Upon investigation, the lawsuit you filed against Suzhou T-Power Optronics Co., Ltd on May 30, 2016 regarding the dispute on ownership of patent [application] (CN201410239821.0) is in compliance with the case acceptance requirements under the PRC Civil Procedure Law. Accordingly, this Court decides to accept your case. Notice of the relevant matters are hereby given:

1. Please sign on the receipt of service, and return to the Third Civil Division of this after specifying the recipients and date of receipt.

2. If you (your company) needs to appointment any agents ad litem, you must submit to this Court the relevant powers of attorney signed or sealed by the authorizers. Such powers of attorney must specify the authorized matters and scope.

For any foreigners, stateless persons, foreign enterprises or organizations that need to appoint agents ad litem for the purpose of litigation, they must comply with Articles 263 and 264 of the PRC Civil Procedure Law.

3. The judgements on intellectual-property cases made by this Court shall be published on the China IPR Judgments & Decisions website. If you believe that the case involves individual privacy and/or business secrets, and would like to apply to redact relevant portions of the judgment or apply for non-disclosure of the judgment, please apply to this Court in writing no later than three days after the judgement is served with the specific reasons. This Court may decide to redact or not to publish the judgement if it considers that the application is justified.
