THE EIGHT Y- THREE SIGN ATORIES • Albert was Michel Albert. He was born in 1732 in St. Ausone, An- goulême, and was the son of M. Albert. He was a hatmaker. He was married in 1751 to Marie Tilhard. He was born around 1704 and died in 1768. He was married to Françoise Bellet, who was the first cousin of Marie Aymard’s mother. He lived in the Isle St. Pierre/Quartier des Bacheliers. She was born in St. Antonin, Angoulême, in 1717 and died in 1795 in La Rochefoucauld. She was married to Jean Joseph Faveraud, a merchant from La Rochefoucauld, and was the mother of Marguerite Faveraud. She was a merchant, selling cooking fat and pottery, and lived in the Isle des Carmélites. She was the sister of Jeanne Chabot. She was married in 1756 to Jean Yrvoix, a second cousin of the groom. Jean Dumergue was the second cousin of the groom. He was born in St. André, Angoulême, in 1725 and died in 1792. He was a saddler and was married in 1754 to Marguerite Monnaud. His brother, François Dumergue, was a merchant in Saint-Domingue, and his daughter, Marthe, was married to Louis Félix, who was born in slavery in Saint-Domingue.
