In total, approximately 40 short courses have been conducted (by end of 2008) since 2002, ranging from 3-5 days, with each course fees of between RM10,000 – RM12,000. Biro Inovasi & Perundingan UTM acts as the project managers and most clients are from the various government bodies that are involved in preparing individuals to embark on or start on construction as a business model. These courses are strategised to expose participants to construction technology, financial management of the construction business and contract management. RESEARCH (requires updating) 1.
