1. Information for County Council Members on development proposals to be determined by the County Council received week ending: 14 May 2021

In light of the coronavirus and the need to keep people safe, the County Council has temporarily suspended notifying neighbours of planning applications submitted to the County Planning Application for decision. Whilst it is able to, it will continue to advertise applications via a site notice in the vicinity of the application site and where necessary a press notice. Details of live planning applications are available to view on the Councils website.

District Reference Details Dover KCC/DO/0105/2021 The installation of machinery to support the company's renewable wood pellet expansion programme comprising Scheuch Ligno Gmbh A- 4941 Mehmbach and flue, Fuel Store, Pellet Store, Hopper and flue, Stela Dryer, 1 no. 20ft Sound Attenuated Shipping Container and 2 x low carbon electrical production units as well as amendments to the permitted acoustic barrier, an additional boundary enclosure to part of the southern boundary, an increase in the quantity of wood waste to be imported for processing at the site to 25,000 tonnes per annum and an increase in the number of HGV movements (part retrospective).
