Nomination papers can be obtained from the office of the Police Area Returning Officer, Room C1, Dartford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1DR, during the normal office hours or online at www.electoralcommission.org.uk 3.
