    Okoljsko poročilo na trasi HC Koper – Dragonja Hrup 4.8 HRUP Povzetek Variante hitre ceste Koper – Dragonja potekajo delno po nepozidanih kmetijskih površinah, delno po območjih z mešano poslovno – stanovanjsko rabo prostora in po območjih razpršene gradnje. Stanovanjska območja ob trasi hitre ceste so v skladu z Uredbo o mejnih vrednostih kazalcev hrupa v okolju v celoti razvrščena v III. območje varstva pred hrupom. Območje Nature 2000 spada po isti uredbi med mirna območja na prostem, vendar je na celotnem vplivnem območju hitre ceste razvrščeno v III. stopnjo, saj leži v pasu 1000 m od pomembne prometnice. Kmetijske površine ter proizvodna območja so razvrščena v IV. območje varstva pred hrupom. Mirnih območij poselitve v vplivnem območju hitre ceste po veljavnih prostorskih planih občin Koper, Izola in Piran ni. Obstoječa obremenitev s hrupom na območju med Bertoki in Koprom je pretežno posledica prometa po AC odsekih A1/0236, 0237 Dekani – Koper, na območju Kopra prometa po glavni cesti G2-111/0238 Koper – Izola, na vplivnem območju predvidene hitre ceste glavna cesta G1-10/1062 Koper – Dragonja, na območju naselja Prade pa regionalna cesta R3-625/1061 Bertoki – Dvori. Dodaten vir hrupa je tudi lokalni promet v mestu Koper in v širši okolici. Vpliv proizvodnih in kmetijskih virov hrupa je lokalno omejen. Prometna obremenitev glavnih tranzitnih cest je najvišja v poletni turistični sezoni, izven sezone prometni zastoji niso pogosti. V letu 2004 je gostota prometa na AC med Bertoki in Koprom 39500 vozil/dan. Najbolj obremenjen odsek glavne ceste G1-10 je Šmarska cesta južno od priključka Slavček (25000 vozil/dan), gostota prometa proti Dragonji pa se postopoma zmanjšuje na 3600 vozil/dan.

Jakov Jelinčić ABECEDNI POPIS ŽUPA I NASELJA POREČKE I PULSKE BISKUPIJE U svom dugogodišnjem radu u Državnom arhivu u Pazinu, posebno radeći na matičnim knjigama, rješavajući zahtjeve pojedinaca koji su se obraćali Arhivu za pomoć, bilo pisanim bilo usmenim putem, uočio sam da ljudi često ne znaju kojoj župi pripada određeno mjesto, selo ili zaselak, a bez tog saznanja ne može se, ili je vrlo teško, uz veliki gubitak vremena, doći do rezultata. Problem je i u činjenici da su mnoge župe u svojoj povijesti mijenjale teritorijalnu nadležnost, a neke su novoos- novane. Podaci u maticama za neke se novije župe nalaze u dvjema, pa čak i u trima župama. Ovaj Popis župa i kazalo naselja prema pripadnosti župama sačinio sam iz praktičnih razloga, radi lakšeg pronalaženja traženih podataka u matičnim knjigama. Kod popisa župa, uz svaku župu navodim kojem dekanatu ista pripada, a uz naselje navodim kojoj župi ono pripada. Ukoliko je neka župa ranije pripadala kojem od ukinutih dekanata (ranije ih je bilo dvanaest, a sada ih je devet) taj podatak bilježim unutar zagrada. Razmišljao sam kako riješiti pitanje mjesta i župa koje su mijenjale teritorijalnu nadležnost. Pokušao sam to na više načina, te sam na kraju odlučio uz svaku župu staviti u bilješci kada je župa osnovana, odnosno kada se prvi put spo- minje.1 Budući da su mnoga sela i zaseoci u svojoj povijesti bili u različitim župama, u popisu mjesta stavio sam samo današnju župu, a korisnik ovog Popisa lako će, na temelju popisa župa, vidjeti u kojim matičnim knjigama treba tražiti podatke o oso- bama s određenog područja.

The main purpose was to enrich the analytical skills of stakeholders, while developing new knowledge based on advanced and digital tools and services. Blutoursystem, after having inherited the results of the previous TourMEDasset project coordinated by the Ca ‘Foscari University, designed a new ambitious path whose key concepts were: • Business ecosystem, in reference to the network of organizations involved in providing the products and services that make up the tourism product; • Quadruple Helix approach, that is the reduction of the barriers that exist between the academic, institu- tional, private and civil world, stimulating the interaction, to encourage economic and social development; • Living Labs, laboratories with a dual dimension: the real one represented by multiple meetings that involved local actors, to collect the main needs and draw together future scenarios capable of facing challenges and maximizing benefits; on the other hand, a technological dimension: in a world where data is the real wealth, having free access to dashboard containing organized data and knowing how to read it becomes a real chal- lenge.
