Sutami 36 A Kentingan, Surakarta, Indonesia Keywords: Spatial Regression Model, Heterogeneity in Error, Ensemble Technique, R2, RMSE. Abstract: Spatial regression model is a regression model that is formed because of the relationship between independent variables with dependent variable with spasial effect. This is due to a strong relationship of observation in a location with other adjacent locations. One of assumptions in spatial regression model is homogeneous of error variance, but we often find the diversity of data in several different locations. This causes the assumption is not met. One such case is the poverty case data in Central Java Province. The objective of this research is to get the best model from this data with the heterogeneity in error. Ensemble technique is done by simulating noises (m) from normal distribution with mean nol and a standard deviation σ of the spasial model error taken and adding noise to the dependent variable. The technique is done by comparing the queen weighted and the cross-correlation normalization weighted in forming the model. Furthermore, with these two weights, the results will be compared using R2 and RMSE on the poverty case data in province of Central Java. Both of weights are calculated to determine the significant factors that give influence on poverty and to choose the best model.

Pekalongan City is a coastal area on the north coast of Central Java Province, which has a fairly large fishing port, namely Pekalongan Archipelago Fishery Port.. This research objective to determine the exellent commodities of capture fisheries and efforts to preserve capture fisheries resources. Descriptive research methods have been used in this research. The data taken is secondary data from literature studies and related institutions, because the time of the research was still in the Covit 19 pandemic. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the dominant fishing gear was Purse seine and Gillnet. Purse seine vessels used are mini purse seine (<30GT) and pursein (> 30GT). Exellent commodity include Layang (Decapterus sp), Tonngkol (Thunnus tonggol) and Tembang (Sardinella fimbriata). Efforts to preserve fish resources in the City of Pekalongan are done by regulating the number of fishing gear and limiting the number of production and the number of fishing trips. The government policies in the effort to maintain the sustainability of fish resources include: banning the use of trawl and seine net, determination of Fisheries Management Areas (WPP) and limitation on the amount of catches allowed (JTB), as well as establishing fishing lanes. Keywords: Pekalongan City, Exellent commodity, Capture Fisheries. 1 Introduction One of the cities in Central Java which is the center of fishery activities is Pekalongan City.

This study used descriptive analytical method that was based on the observations, interviews, and literature survey. Thirty respondents were randomly selected for this study. The results showed that the socio-economic impact of land degradation was the decline production of cassava for the last four years. Watershed management played an important role in the development of agroforestry to support food security. Agroforestry-based soil conservation did not run optimally due to a number of obstacles in its development. The development constraints were large area of critical lands and lack of technology transfer on watershed management. Policies needed in the development of agroforestry-based soil conservation to support of food safety and security are improvement of formal and non–formal educations, adoption of watershed management technology, and empowerment of farmers for agroforestry development. Rice is one of staple food in Central Java province because rice is the main carbohydrate and calorie source for society in general. From year to year rice production in various regions in Indonesia shows a significant increase. Central Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has the agricultural sector as its main sector. However, in the last five years, the average rice production in Central Java showed a stagnant decline in value. This study was aimed to model the spatial effects on rice productivity in the cities in Central Java along with the factors that influence it. The method used is spatial modeling approach. The results of the analysis show that spatial lag X (SLX) model has the smallest AIC value, estimation result shows that rice production and harvest area have significant effect on rice productivity in Central Java.

Mudayen2 Abstract: This research aimed to analyze the implementation of sustained poverty alleviation program in rural community based on local community. This study was conducted on Bandung Village, Gunungkidul District, DIY Povince, which then been chosen as many as 45 families as sample, and 39 families as sample on Wadaslintang Village, Wonosobo District, Central Java. Convenience Sampling was done as the technique of data gathering technique. The instruments of this study were questionnaire, focusing on group discussion, and deep interview. The data were processed with descriptive analysis and regression techniques. The result of this study showed that mostly the head families on Bandung Village worked as farmers. Besides, the head families on Wadaslintang Village worked as grocery sellers and palm sugar producers. The monthly income of the residents was less than IDR 600.000 (73,3% on Bandung Village, and 66,7% on Wadaslintang Village). The results of multiple regression showed that the level of education, local government policy, social cost and capital access gave positive impact on the alleviation of poor residents, while the social cost significanly gaves negative impact on the alleviation of poor residents. Marketing acces no gaves impact on the alleviation of poor residents. As many as 60,2% poor residents had got poverty alleviation program. The optimization mechanism of poverty alleviation program was done through education and training activity. Most of poor residents were interested in being involved in education and training about: production process, product marketing, product packaging, business financial records, and entrepreneurship.

Data collection methods used consist of interviews, documents, and observations, methods of data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the entrepreneurship activities of Al Mawaddah Jekulo Kudus Entrepreneurial Islamic Boarding School and Islamic Boarding School Shofa Azzahro 'Gembong went well. Likewise, the goal applied is that a santri must balance the life of the world and the hereafter. Because basically a santri must also think about the life of the world, not only those who are religious. The forms of entrepreneurship activities carried out are through training, dragon fruit cultivation, making chips from cassava, making Moka flour, syrup, sugar suppliers, cooperatives and umroh bureaus etc. The background of the activities carried out in Islamic boarding schools is to emulate the figure of the Prophet Muhammad who is a successful businessman figure and a form of modernization of learning activities in Islamic boarding schools in facing the challenges of the times. Entrepreneurship and leadership activities can be a medium in shaping the students to become independent individuals, stimulating creative ideas and intelligent communication with various groups.
