Libro P Partite Insights Giornata Matchday 32 Serie A TIM 2019-20 11 - 13 July 2020 LAZIO vs SASSUOLO Sassuolo have won only twice in 13 games against Lazio in the top-flight, with eight wins for the Biancocelesti and three draws. Lazio have failed to score only once in their 13 meetings against Sassuolo (2-0 for the Emiliani in February 2016). Lazio have a record of four wins, one draw and a loss at home against Sassuolo, but have conceded in all of their games against Neroverdi at the Olimpico. After the 0-3 defeat against AC Milan, Lazio could fail to score in successive Serie A TIM home matches for the first time since November 2007, under Delio Rossi. Sassuolo have scored 57 goals in 31 games so far, they are one goal away from their record in a single Serie A TIM campaign (58 goals in 2016/17). No side has conceded more Serie A TIM headed goals than Lazio after the lockdown: four, as many as they had conceded before the break. Simone Inzaghi is unbeaten in seven matches as a manager against Sassuolo in Serie A TIM (W5 D2). Lazio defender Francesco Acerbi scored 11 goals in his 157 league appearances for Sassuolo between 2013 and 2018. Lazio striker Ciro Immobile has scored six goals and made an assist in his last seven Serie A TIM games against Sassuolo. Sassuolo forward Domenico Berardi has already scored seven goals in Serie A TIM against Lazio - only against AC Milan has he bagged more to date (eight). BRESCIA vs ROMA Brescia and Roma have met 45 times so far in Serie A TIM – the Giallorossi lead by 23 wins to nine, with 13 draws. Brescia have scored 42 goals so far against Roma – more than they have managed against any other Serie A TIM opponent. Brescia have hosted Roma 22 times in the top-flight, winning eight times and sharing as many draws (L6). The last seven goals scored in matches between Brescia and Roma have come in the second half of games. Brescia have scored in each of their last four home games – their longest run in Serie A TIM since March 2004. Roma have lost four of their last five away games, including the last two – their worst away run since the 2012/13 season. AS Roma have won their last 21 Serie A TIM meetings against newly-promoted teams, the longest run for a single side in such matches in the history of Serie A TIM. Diego López has faced Roma five times in his managerial career, and he is still waiting for his first win against the Giallorossi (D1 L4). Alfredo Donnarumma has found the net in his last two home appearances in the league – the last Brescia player to score in three home games in a row was Andrea Caracciolo in April 2014. AS Roma striker Edin Dzeko has failed to score in his last four Serie A TIM appearances: he last went five in a row without a single goal in April 2019. JUVENTUS vs ATALANTA Atalanta have lost 65 games and conceded 214 goals so far against Juventus – both more than against any other Serie A TIM opponent. Juventus are unbeaten in their last 30 Serie A TIM games against Atalanta (W24 D6), with their last loss coming in February 2001 when the Dea’s manager was Giovanni Vavassori. Juventus have won 38 of their 57 home games against Atalanta, sharing 15 draws and losing only four times so far. Should Duván Zapata score, Atalanta would become the first side with three players with 15+ goals in a single Serie A TIM campaign (Muriel 17 and Ilicic 15) since Juventus in 1951/52 (Muccinelli, Boniperti and Hansen). Juventus striker Paulo Dybala scored three goals in 17 Serie A TIM appearances under Gian Piero Gasperini when he was at Palermo in the 2012/13 season. Gonzalo Higuaín has scored 11 goals against Atalanta, only against Lazio has he netted more in the top-flight (12). El Pipita has scored five goals and made two assists in his last four league appearances against La Dea. Josip Ilicic has scored four goals in Serie A TIM gainst Juventus, all in Turin (three of which have come at the new Allianz Stadium). GENOA vs SPAL SPAL lead by seven wins to five over Genoa in Serie A TIM in meetings, with 11 draws so far. Since returning to the top-flight in 2017/18, SPAL are unbeaten against Genoa (W1 D4). Genoa have hosted SPAL 11 times so far at the Ferraris, winning three and sharing six draws (L2). Genoa have lost their last four Serie A TIM home games: they have never lost five such matches in a row inSerie A TIM. SPAL have lost the most Serie A TIM away games this season (12); moreover, no side has drawn fewer away games so far (one, 0-0 v Udinese in November). Genoa have only lost one of their last 10 Serie A TIM meetings against sides starting the matchday in the bottom two (W5 D4), against Benevento in May 2018. However, they have drawn the last four such matches. SPAL manager Luidi Di Biagio has scored 59 Serie A TIM goals as a player, with his first coming against Genoa in October 1992 for Foggia. Andrea Pinamonti’s first ever Serie A TIM goal was against SPAL in October 2018 when he was at Frosinone. Andrea Petagna didn’t score a single goal in three games against Genoa when he was at Atalanta, but he has scored two in three appearances against the Grifoni since joining SPAL. CAGLIARI vs LECCE This will be the 18th meeting in Serie A TIM between these two sides: Cagliari lead over Lecce by seven wins to six (D4). The last seven meetings between Cagliari and Lecce have seen at least two goals per game (an average of 3.4). Lecce won their last away game to Cagliari, after picking up only two points from their previous seven trips to Sardinia. Three of the last six goals scored in the games between Cagliari and Lecce have come from the penalty spot. Cagliari have lost five of their last seven home games in the league (W1 D1). Lecce have lost their last three away games – their worst run since the 2010/11 season. Walter Zenga will manage his 100th Serie A TIM game; the Cagliari coach has never won against Lecce in Serie A TIM (D1 L1). João Pedro has scored nine goals in 20 Serie A TIM meetings against promoted sides, including one goal against Lecce in the reverse fixture. Lecce striker Gianluca Ladapulahas scored three goals in five league appearances against Cagliari, his favorite target in this competition. Marco Mancosu has scored five goals away from home for Lecce in this campaign – the last Lecce player to record a better scoring record away from home in Serie A TIM was Simone Tiribocchi in 2008/09 (eight). FIORENTINA vs HELLAS VERONA Verona have won 14 games against Fiorentina in Serie A TIM – more than against any other side, scoring 63 goals in the process. Following their 1-0 win in the reverse fixture, Verona could beat the Viola in both games of the same season for the first time since 1984/85. Fiorentina have hosted Verona 28 times so far in Serie A TIM, with the Viola winning 14 times, eight draws and six wins for the guests. The last five goals scored in games between Fiorentina and Verona have come from open play, after four of the previous five had been from set-piece situations. Fiorentina are winless in their last eight Serie A TIM games against promoted sides (D2 L6); their last such win was back in December 2018 against Giuseppe Iachini’s Empoli. Fiorentina have failed to win any of their last six Serie A TIM ome matches (D4 L2). Verona’s last Serie A TIM away win came back in January (2-0 v SPAL); since then they have five draws and two defeats in such fixtures. Giuseppe Iachini has faced Verona four times in Serie A TIM as TIM a manager, winning two and losing two. Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa has failed to have a hand in a goal in his last six Serie A TIM appearances. Verona striker Giampaolo Pazzini scored 25 goals in his 108 league appearances for Fiorentina between 2005 and 2009. PARMA vs BOLOGNA Parma and Bologna have met 33 times so far in Serie A TIM; Bologna lead the head-to- head by 10 wins to nine, with 14 draws. Parma’s last win against Bologna in Serie A TIM was in December 2012 (2-1 at the Dall’Ara) – since then, Bologna have won twice, with four draws. Parma have won five of their 16 home games against Bologna in Serie A TIM, losing three times and sharing eight draws. Parma have lost their last four Serie A TIM home games and could lose five in a row for the first time in the competition.

Piedi ben radicati a terra, Sanna trova nel Tempio il suo trampolino di lancio, per farsi, giovanissimo, un nome in Serie C2 e non accusa il triplice salto di categoria, quando a 23 anni, dopo 6 anni di gavetta, lo chiama il Cagliari del presidente Cellino e nemmeno si spaventa al primo incontro, in sede, con il dirigenteGigi Riva, il mitico ‘Rombo di tuono’, non solo il più forte attaccante della storia italiana, ma autentical’ icona rossoblù. In quel Cagliari, il campione è Enzo Francescoli (73 partite e 17 goal con ‘la celeste uruguaja’), ma l’anima della squadra è rappresentata dai“Quattro mori”, quelli della bandiera dell’isola: un poker di “volti bendati”, costituito da capitanGianfranco Matteoli, Vittorio Pusceddu, Gianluca Festa ed appuntoMarco Sanna: un quadrilatero di ferro, capace di incarnare lo spirito sardo.
