DEBATE © Truong-Ngoc Claude Vorwort Mit dem «EU-Pakt für Migration und Asyl» vom 23. September 2020 will die Europäische Kommission den Grundstein für ein neues ‘Migrations-Management’ in ganz Europa legen. Damit würde die EU ihre Rechte und Einflussmöglichkeiten im Bereich Migration und Asyl wesentlich erweitern. Denn bisher fielen diese Fragen ganz wesentlich in die ausschließliche Entschei- dungshoheit der einzelnen Staaten. Niemand bestreitet die Dringlichkeit, sich mit dem Thema Migration und Asyl zu befassen – die Krise von 2015 war nur eine Warnung. Doch die Antwort, die der EU-Migrationspakt gibt, ist nicht pragmatisch, sondern ideologisch pro Migration – mit einer Ausweitung des Familienbegriffs und der ‘legalen Pfade’ der Einwan- derung, einer Entkriminalisierung der Beihilfe zum Menschenhandel, einer zwangsweisen Ansiedlung von Migranten im Wege eines sogenannten ‘Solida- ritätsmechanismus’, sowie eines erhöhten Schutzes angeblich Minderjähriger. Die im EU-Migrationspakt enthaltenen Regeln sollen für alle EU-Staaten verbindlich gelten. Länder, die sich der unbegrenzten Aufnahme von Migranten widersetzen, müssen daher mit Zwangsmaßnahmen (wie Kürzungen der EU-Mittel) rechnen. Angesichts der Millionen Afrikaner, die nach Europa kommen wollen, wird der EU-Migrationspakt, sollte er Wirklichkeit werden, schon bald die europäische Demographie entscheidend verändern. Daher benötigen wir eine eingehende Debatte über diesen Pakt, und zwar sowohl über die ihm zugrundeliegenden Annahmen wie auch über seine konkreten Auswirkungen auf unsere Länder. Unbestritten enthält der EU-Migrationspakt einige positive Ansätze. Doch genügen diese nicht, um seine Mängel zu verbergen. Dazu zählen die Zufälligkeit der Basisdaten, die Defizite in der operativen Logik und die rechtlichen und technischen Schwächen der geplanten gesetzgeberischen Maßnahmen. 2 Wer sich kurz und knapp informieren möchte, sollte das Fazit in Kapitel 6 lesen. Es gibt einen kurzen Überblick über die wesentlichen neuen Maßnahmen des EU-Migrationspaktes. Wer darüber hinaus tiefer in die Materie einsteigen möchte, dem sei die gesamte Analyse empfohlen. Es lohnt sich, vor allem bei einem so wichtigen Thema! Schließlich bietet diese Studie einige allgemeine Überlegungen zur Frage der Migration, die es verdienen, in die Debatte eingebracht zu werden. Genau zu dieser Debatte möchten wir die Bürger ermuntern - denn sie ist Merkmal und Wesen unserer Demokratie!     Ihre AfD-Delegation informiert über die Arbeit im EU-Parlament Ausgabe #2 / September 2020 2 Liebe Leser, in den vergangenen Wochen ist in Brüssel trotz – oder gerade wegen? - der parlamentari- schen Sommerpause viel passiert. Mitten in der Urlaubszeit leitete die EU-Kommission ei- nen neuen Migrationspakt in die Wege. Um demokratischen Anschein zu wahren, konnten die Bürger auf einer gut versteckten Webseite der Kommission vier Wochen lang ihre Mei- nung hierzu kundtun. Davon machten bis vier Tage vor Einsendeschluss europaweit noch nicht einmal einhundert Menschen Gebrauch. Alles geschah weitestgehend unter Aus- schluss der Öffentlichkeit, bis wir auf diese Pläne aufmerksam wurden, eine kleine Kam- pagne starteten, und auch die anderen patriotischen Parteien hierfür sensibilisierten. In kürzester Zeit erreichten wir hunderttausende Menschen, knapp 2.000 überwiegend ablehnende Bürgerzuschriften gingen bei der Kommission ein – die Eurokraten haben nun viel Lesestoff. Was es mit dem neuen Migrationspakt auf sich hat, lesen Sie in dieser zwei- ten Ausgabe unseres „Blicks auf Brüssel“. How many so-called migrants (broken down by age, gender, country of origin and project supported) are taking part in the programme? EUR 2 million have been set aside for the programme in the 2016-2018 funding period. What results are known to the Commission (with an indication of the survey and evaluation methods) in terms of successful integration? German football is seeing an increase in violent incidents. A whole team (BV Altenessen 06 II) was recently suspended after players and the coach attacked the referee. Gelegenheit, die Beiträge von AFD-Politikern zum Thema Behindertenpolitik unter die Lupe zu nehmen, bot sich jüngst in Brüssel. Am 8. März legte die Berichterstatterin des EU-Parlaments, die Grünen-Abgeordnete Katrin Langensiepen, dort ihren behindertenpolitischen Bericht vor. Es ging um die Frage der „Gleichbehandlung in Beschäftigung und Beruf in der EU unter Berücksichtigung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention“. Frau Langensiepen ist die einzige Abgeordneten im Europäischen Parlament mit einer sichtbaren Behinderung. Ein Jahr lang hatte sie intensiv an ihrem Bericht gearbeitet. Die darin enthaltene Entschließung umfasst 48 Empfehlungen an die Mitgliedsstaaten und die Europäische Kommission zu allen für Beschäftigung und Beruf relevanten Politikfeldern.
