Match the Mascot KIDD’S KIDS Guitar Sweepstakes Official Rules 1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or donation necessary to enter or win this Kidd’s Kids Guitar Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). A purchase or donation will not improve your chances of winning. 2. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kraddick Foundation, d/b/a Kidd’s Kids, 220 E. Las Colinas Blvd, C-210, Irving, Texas 75039 (the “Sponsor”). 3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years or older as of November 28, 2016. The Sweepstakes is void outside the continental United States and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, and Sponsor’s promotion partners (including Raising Cane’s and Southwest Airlines), and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such person are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Your participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to abide by these Official Rules. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 4. Start/End Dates. The term of the Sweepstakes (the “Term”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on November 28, 2016 and continues through 12:00 noon Central Time on December 9, 2016. 5. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: a. Donation Based Entry: Log onto the Internet during the Term and go to Kidd’s Kids website at https://squareup.com/store/kidds-kids-raffle/. Click on the Guitar you’d like to win and follow the instructions to make a donation to Kidd’s Kids. For each $5 you donate during the Term, you will receive one Sweepstakes entry for that particular guitar. For each $25 you donate during the Term, you will receive six Sweepstakes entries for that particular guitar. For each $50 you donate during the Term, you will receive thirteen Sweepstakes entries for that particular guitar. You must have a valid credit card to enter by this method. Your donation must be received during the Term. b. Non-Donation Based or Mail-In Entry: Legibly handprint your first name, last name, street address (no P.O. boxes allowed), city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), email address, which guitar you’re entering for, date of birth, and an affirmative statement that “I have read and agree to the Kidd’s Kids Guitar Sweepstakes Official Rules” on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, enclose it in a postage-paid business-size envelope (#10), and mail it to: Kidd’s Kids Guitar Sweepstakes, 220 E. Las Colinas Blvd, C-210, Irving, Texas 75039. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 4, 2016 and received by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) on December 8, 2016. Limit one (1) entry per postmarked envelope. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. 6 How to Win. There will be a total of ten (10) grand prizes. The ten “Grand Prize Winners” (herein so called) will be selected by Sponsor. On December 9, 2016 Sponsor will randomly draw ten Grand Prize Winners from all eligible entries received (one winner per sweepstakes section). 7. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 8. Grand Prize; Weekly Prizes. The ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will each receive: One (1) autographed guitar as indicated on the sweepstakes section; The total approximate retail value of all Sweepstakes prizes is $4,000. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may not substitute prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize (or cash) of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes or prizes that are forfeited (as a result of winner disqualification or otherwise) will not be awarded. Limit one prize per person or household. 9. Notification. Winners will be announced on-air on the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show on or around December 12, 2016 and also posted on http://www.kiddskids.com. Winners will be notified by method of entry, those that entered online will be notified by email, those that entered by mail will be notified by mail, email or telephone. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and an authorization for a background check within five (5) days of prize notification. If any winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any winner rejects his/her prize, or if in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. 10. Conditions. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes each winner's permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by such winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, and winners agree to, and hereby do, release and hold harmless Sponsors, their advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of a prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. If any winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Liability/Publicity Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian and such prize will be delivered to minor's parent/legal guardian and awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian. 11. Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like methods of participation will void all such entries by such methods. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, slow mail, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions, which may limit one's ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, and not distribute the remaining prizes. If after the Sweepstakes has begun changes or updates in the Official Rules are deemed necessary, all changes will be posted on the Internet at www.kiddskids.com on the day that the changes take effect. The Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time that it deems necessary in its sole discretion. 12. Disputes: As a condition to participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the City of Dallas, Texas having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Texas without regard to the doctrines of Conflict of Laws. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will any participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or attorneys’ fees. 13. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy located at kiddskids.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. 14. This is the best available processing schedule as this report was prepared in July, 2019. The domestic estimation methodology was developed for VISIT FLORIDA by George Washington University and the University of North Florida. Canadian estimates remain derived from Statistics Canada and overseas estimates are derived from aggregate card usage data provided by VisaVue® Travel and incorporates data from other independent research sources. In 2019Q1, Florida hosted 35.7 million visitors, an increase of 5.8% from 2018Q1 based on preliminary estimates. The volume of air visitors was 15.3 million, while the volume of non-air visitors was 20.3 million. See the attached report on the Visitor Estimates and Industry Trend Indicators for 2018Q4. CANADA Canada is Florida’s top international origin country. VISIT FLORIDA’s preliminary 2019Q1 estimates indicate 1.4 million Canadians came to Florida in 2019Q1. This is an increase of 1.3% from the same quarter the year prior. The volume of air visitors was 812,000, while the volume of non-air visitors was 606,000.

April – June, 2018 2 of 2 Research Component VISIT FLORIDA Quarterly Report CURRENT VITALITY OF THE FLORIDA VISITOR INDUSTRY The most recent calendar quarter for which information is available on the vitality of the Florida visitor industry is April – June, 2018, also referred to as 2018Q2. This is the best available processing schedule as this report was prepared in October, 2018. The domestic estimation methodology was developed for VISIT FLORIDA by George Washington University and the University of North Florida. Canadian estimates remain derived from Statistics Canada and overseas estimates are derived from aggregate card usage data provided by VisaVue® Travel and incorporates data from other independent research sources. In 2018Q2, Florida hosted 31.8 million visitors, an increase of 6.2% from 2017Q2 based on preliminary estimates. The volume of air visitors was 14.8 million, while the volume of non-air visitors was 15.9 million. See the attached report on the Visitor Estimates and Industry Trend Indicators for 2018Q2. CANADA Canada is Florida’s top international origin country. VISIT FLORIDA’s preliminary 2018Q2 estimates indicate 933,000 Canadians came to Florida in 2018Q2. This is an increase of 1.3% from the same quarter the year prior. The volume of air visitors was 388,000, while the volume of non-air visitors was 545,000.
