This trip can range anywhere from an hour to 8 hours depending on what you want to do. figure#1 4 Introduction: Boston during the summer is one of the most beautiful places to be. There is so much to see and so much to do, hence why it is still extremely populated with tourists throughout the seasons. Since you are making a trip down this weekend I have left you a set of directions of some things that you can do to enjoy our stay. You will be starting from my campus over on Huntington Ave, and you will eventually make it over to the Prudential Center on Boylston Street. This trip could range anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour but that is all depending on what you want to do with your time. Make sure you follow my detailed instructions and I hope you have a good time! figure#2 5 Let the journey begins: Walking out of Beatty Cafeteria you will want to take a left heading towards the tall new brown Mass Art building; you cannot miss it. From there you can either cut through the parking lot but to keep things simple walk straight to the street (Huntington Ave). From there you will see another Wentworth dorm right across the street and you will want to head right going down the road towards the Fire Department. Once you get close enough to the Fire Department you will see a Wentworth Lacrosse field up ahead and you know you are going the right way. When you make it to the cross walk, make sure the walk signal is white and walk across the street to the opposite side walk. About 20 feet ahead you will see a big greyish building with a statue of an Indian on a horse which is the Museum of Fine Arts. This is a great place to stop because it gives you some background and culture of Boston as well as allowing you to see some of the masterpieces created over the centuries. figure#3&4 6 After you have taken in all of the history that the Museum has to offer you are off to your next attraction. You will want to head out the main entrance doors and continue to the sidewalk and take a left. You will want to continue down the road and cross the street at the Forsythe intersection. You know you are heading the right way when you see North Eastern Campus is on your left and right. After about 5 minutes of walking you will see Qdoba Mexican Grill up on your left and from there you will keep walking. Up ahead of you is the North Eastern Gym, you will not miss this since it is a magnificent building. The all glass building front gives it a sleek design and makes it like nothing else in the area. The reason I brought you here is because I know you wanted to visit the campus, and I also know you love Au Bon so I figured you could get some lunch while you were on the campus. Inside the gym building is an Au Bon Pain in which you can go and get lunch. figure#5 7 Once you are ready to continue head back out to the street in which you came. You could easily walk to your next stop but I figure after eating you might want a quick rest. So cross over the street and get on the green line train side heading towards Lechmere. Once it arrives you will need to pay 2.50$ to ride the train unless you have a Charlie card and it will be 2.00$. From there you will pass by two stops and get off at the Prudential Station Stop. Once you make your stop, head up the stairs and make your way to the street. You will want to head towards Harcourt Street and once you make it to there you will be at the Prudential Center Shopping Mall. The Prudential Center is a nice place to go to and has some nice shops but where you will go next is the best shopping in Boston. figure#6 8 After you have walked through some of the shops and you are ready to head out, make your way to the street and walk across the street and head down Ring Road for a little bit and there will be a grocery store on your right and then the Prudential Center Plaza will follow on your left. At the end of the street you will land on to Boylston where you will take a left turn heading down the road. You will pass by some more stores and restaurants but once you approach Fairfield Street you will need to take a right. After about 6 minutes you will come to another street once again and you will be on Newbury Street. Once you make it to Newbury Street there are endless amounts of things that you can do. They have all of the best shopping stores, as well as some of the best food places that I have been too in the past few years. I felt that this would be a good way to end your day with some outside Shopping. figure#7&8 9 Once you have made your way down Newbury Street you will come to Massachusetts Avenue where you will head left down the road over the bridge. You will continue all the way down Mass Ave until you come to Symphony Hall in which you passed by earlier. You will want to go down to the lower Green Line Train going back towards Heath Street, which is the E line. Then you will continue riding the train for about 2 stops until you reach the Museum of Fine Arts and you should be all set to make it back to my school from there. 10 No Glossary Needed. 11 Index: 12 Evaluation: Your name: asser, tarabzouni Team member name: Percent Allocated Asser tarabzouni Yazeed alghubain Abdullah indargiri Abdullah almogherah Totals: ________% Comments: 13 Evaluation: Your name: ______________________________________ Team member name: Percent Allocated Asser tarabzouni Yazeed alghubain Abdullah indargiri Abdullah almogherah Totals: ________% Comments: 14 Evaluation: Your name: ______________________________________ Team member name: Percent Allocated Asser tarabzouni Yazeed alghubain Abdullah indargiri Abdullah almogherah Totals: ________% Comments: 15 Evaluation: Your name: ______________________________________ Team member name: Percent Allocated Asser tarabzouni Yazeed alghubain Abdullah indargiri Abdullah almogherah Totals: ________% Comments: 16 .
