Hold public hearing to receive public comment on Marin Transit’s participation in the regional Clipper START pilot program, and review Title VI Fare Equity Analysis; and 2. Consider authorizing the Board President to sign a resolution committing the District to the pilot program to provide a 50 percent discount to eligible low-income riders on the Clipper electronic fare payment system.
