Unit 42 St Olav’s Court, Surrey Quays, SE16 2XB

Welcome to our new dedicated course venue in Surrey Quays. We are excited to be running our courses here beginning in 2017.

St Olav’s Court is very easily accessible from Central London with Canada Water Station on the Jubilee Line.

When exiting Canada Water Station, we advise candidates to use either the Bus Station Exit A., or the Business Park Exit B. The signs for these exits hang from the station’s ceiling, and can be seen immediately after exiting through the pay gates.

A. Bus Station Exit B. Business Park Exit

When exiting via the bus station, at the top of the stairs, you must turn to the right and walk around the glass wall until you reach Surrey Quays Road ( photo A. )

From Surrey Quays Road and the Business Park Exit you will be able to see the view as shown in photograph C. Please walk in the direction of the blue arrow.

C. Surrey Quays Road

Follow the road in the direction of the blue arrows, and continue to walk straight until you reach the large traffic lights at Lower Road (image F). You will see the Seven Islands Leisure Centre on the opposite side of the road.

When you reach Lower Road turn right. (photo F)

Continue walking straight along Lower Marsh road. After approximately 3 minutes you will see the large letters of St’ Olav’s Court to the right of your view. (photo G)

Once you can see St Olav’s Court building turn right at the bus stop, (blue arrow photo G)and follow the pedestrianised park area to the front entrance of St Olav’s Court .

Surrey Quays Overground Station is also close by at a 5 – 10 min walk along with Rotherhithe mainline and Overground station

When you reach the venue:

This is what you will see when you reach the entrance.

A Bromley Emergency Courses Team Member should be there to greet you when you arrive, however on the off chance that we have had to step away, please ring the bell to Unit 42 and we will let you in.

You will find the doorbell on your left. If for some reason we aren’t downstairs when you arrive, buzz up to Unit 42

Once you have entered the building through the red gates as you can see in the picture, you will find us on the 2nd floor. You will find a stair case to you right as you go through the main entrance.

Once you reach the top of the stairs on the second floor, look to your right and you will see us.

There is also lift access up to the second floor. If you prefer to take the lift, turn left when you walk through the main entrance.

The lift is opposite the building resident’s carpark. Take the lift to the 2nd floor. Once you step out of the lift, turn left and head away from the lifts. You will find Unit 42 on the right hand side at the end of the row of opposites next to the stair case.

If you are Driving:

There are plenty of residential streets within the general vicinity of the venue that have free parking on Saturdays and Sundays however it will be first in first serve and dependent on availability.

Alternatively, we could suggest paid parking at Greenwich Peninsula (O2) and the venue is only 2 stops on the Jubilee Line to Canada Water Station.
