The number advancing will be reviewed and decided upon by the Golf Management Committee. • Individuals who advance will be placed as near as possible to a Regional Qualifier closest to their school of attendance. Wednesday, June 2, 2021 CIF-SS Individual Regionals • The top 20 players from each of the three individual regional events will advance to the CIF-SS Individual Finals. • There will be a card-off in the event of a tie for the 20th spot. Tuesday, June 8, 2021 CIF-SS Division Team Championships • There will still be 14 teams advancing to CIF-SS SCGA Qualifier out of the divisions on June 10, 2021. The top 10 finishers in division 1 will advance to CIF-SS SCGA Qualifier. The other 4 top finishers based on adjusted team handicap from the CIF-SS championships at each divisional will fill the remaining spots. (WINNING THE CHAMPIONSHIP FROM DIVISION 2, 3 and 4 DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFY YOU FOR CIF-SS SCGA Qualifier) All 14 teams could hypothetically advance from division 1. Go to www.cifss.org. - 6 - Tournament/Facility Protocol – CIF Southern Section Golf Tournaments • All current CDPH and Local DPH Guidelines will be followed by all in attendance Transportation: - All participants, i.e. athletes, coaches, staff, and permitted spectators, will travel in private (same households) transportation. Any use of school vehicles will only but used to transport athletes of the same cohort, if the need should arise. Symptom Screening: - Everyone in attendance will be self-screened prior to entering the facility (This includes all players, coaches, parents/guardians etc). Anyone exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms will not be permitted to access the facility/course. This will be verified by signed affidavit presented at check-in. - Everyone in attendance will have their temperature self-checked prior to arrival on-site, no one will be allowed to attend with a temperature of 100.4 or higher (This includes all athletes, coaches, parents/guardians etc.). Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to compete. This will be verified by signed affidavit presented at check-in. PPE/Social Distancing/Hygiene/Spectators: - Spectators will be allowed at the discretion of the course and will only allow immediate family to attend the event. Immediate family will be confined to the cart paths and roughs only with social distance guidelines and spectators will abide by the guidelines set forth by the Outdoor Seated Live Events and Performances. - Spectators will be permitted at the facility only during the time their family member is competing. Immediate family should be confined to the cart paths and rough only with social distance guidelines - Per CDPH and local guidelines, it is recommended that all players wear a mask
