SALADS

-Mexican capresse.

Tomatoe, cheese and cilantro with our secial garlic dressing a touch of lime. Served with bread.

-Bandera.

Cherry tomatoe, spinach, sweet onions, shrimp with garlic and basil in a reduccion of balsamic with marjoram.

-Bonita.

Slices of adobera cheese (soft cheese from Mexico, named after its similarity of shape to the adobe bricks. ) with roasted tomatoe with thyme and zuccini with chile puya dressing.

-Colores.

Beets, cucumber and jicama in a lime dressing acompained with brocoli and carrots grilled in an avocado dressing with Mahi-mahi fish crusted in sesame seeds.

APPETIZERS

- Azteca

Diferent from the regular guacamole. We like to roast the ingridients with some garlic and cilantro to make it more interesting!. Served with chips.

-Panela cheese on green sauce

Grilled panela ( Mexica fresh and smooth cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk) with garlic on a green tomatillo sauce toped with more cilantro and roasted sesame seeds.

-Shrimp and poblano .

Corn tortilla with cheese stufed with sauteed shrimps with wild marjoram and garlic in a poblano peppers stew with onions and corn .

-EggPlant skewers Panela cheese wrapped in thin slices of eggplant fried with garlic and zuccini cubes roasted with rosmary with a really ligth dressing of mustard and honey.

SOUPS

Veggie soup with a poblano pepper base and aromatic herbs with zuccini, mushrooms, corn and garlic. Served with bread.

DESSERT.

-Avocado and chocolate mousse.

Sounds crazy, But it works. It's actually super tasty! Chocolate avocado mousse is also a really excellent vegan dessert we add some coconut to bring more flavor to this aswome dessert.

-Flan.

Flan is a baked custard quite similar to crème caramel. It is typically made with eggs, cream milk and vanilla. Little ramekins of flan are then inverted, so the crunchy sugar is on the top.

-Kiwi mousse.

A truly tropical dessert that would blow your palate, we like to call it the cherry of the cake because it would give the last extra touch to your fantastic dinner.
