Birthday Parties Does your child love tennis? Have a birthday party at the Tennis Center. Staff pros lead children ages 5 and up in a series of tennis instruction activities and game play on reserved courts. Parties are available year-round, and last two hours. • Up to 20 guests, ages 5 and up • Up to four courts, each with one hour of exclusive use and pro instruction • Tables and chairs reserved in the lounge for two hours • Ping-Pong table and air-hockey game available for guests • Tennis racquets and balls included • You may provide a light snack, beverages and birthday cake (please also bring paper plates, utensils, cups and napkins)

Contract Information 1. All guests must comply with the posted rules of the Tennis Center. 2. All players must wear tennis shoes. (flat soled sneaker). 3. The tennis courts and party area must be left in the same condition in which they were found. 4. Parents are not permitted on court. 5. The renter shall compensate the City of NY/Parks and Recreation and Prospect Park Alliance for the cost of any repairs necessitated by the renters use permittee’s use of the Center. 6. The renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of NY and Prospect Park Alliance against any claims, actions, or judgment of any kind arising from the renter’s use of the Center. 7. The Prospect Park Administrator’s Office reserves the right to revoke a permit at any time.

Cancellation: During the outdoor season (mid May – mid Oct.) the playing surfaces may be affected due to rain. A rain date may be chosen if cancellation is required due to inclement weather. All fees will be refunded if a mutually acceptable rain date cannot be found. If you must cancel due to an emergency, please call the Tennis Center no later than the morning of your event. Someone will be available after 8 am.
