    1 HOUSE JOURNAL First Regular Session of the Forty-ninth Legislature of the State of Oklahoma First Legislative Day, Tuesday, January 7, 2003 Pursuant to Article V, Section 26, of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, the First Regular Session of the House of Representatives for the Forty-ninth Legislature assembled in the House Chamber at 12:00 o'clock noon. Representative Roberts called the House to order. Prayer was offered by W. T. Jeffers, former South Carolina legislator and current Executive Producer of Discoveryland in Tulsa.
