EMPLOYMENT & FIELD EXPERIENCE 2018- Research Coordinator, Ilisimatusarfik – University of Greenland 2005-2018: CEO, NUNAOIL A/S – The National Oil Company of Greenland  Responsible for G&G, Legal and Economic relations in petroleum exploration licenses on behalf of the Government of Greenland.

2002-2005: Vice President, Greenland Resources A/S  Logistic service for mining companies and initiation of an alternative helicopter leasing company in cooperation with Canadian Helicopters.

1998-2002: Chief geologist, Bureau of Minerals & Petroleum, Government of Greenland  Development of the administration of mineral resource sector and promotion of the geological potential of Greenland at PDAC in Toronto; Cordilleran Round-up, Vancouver, Canada and Diggers & Dealers, Melbourne, Australia.

1994-1998: Deputy Head, Minerals Office, Government of Greenland  Initiation of Aeromag and airborne electromagnetic surveys in different and specific rock terrains in Greenland in cooperation with GEUS.  Initiation and project manager of AATSITASSARSIORIT (The Prospector Courses Program in Greenland).

1988-1994: Project geologist, NUNAOIL A/S (Copenhagen: 1988-92; Nuuk: 1992-94)  1991 - Secondment at Pasminco Exploration, Broken Hill, NSW, Australia.  1988 - Initiation and project manager of UJARASSIORIT – Mineral Hunting Program in Greenland (the program is still running today)

 HMC sampling and mapping in connection with gold exploration in different terrains in South Greenland, which lead to the discovery of Nalunaq Gold Deposit, South Greenland  Lead & Zinc exploration in Jameson Land, Pasminco Expl. Plc., Central East Greenland  Field campaign with Hecla Mining Co., Idaho at the alluvial REE deposit in Milne Land, Central East Greenland.  Exploration drilling campaign at Sarfartoq REE deposit, West Greenland.  Geophysical field work in connection with exploration for Ni-Cu- mineralizations at Lersletten, Disco Bay Region, West Greenland.  Geophysical field work in connection with exploration for gold mineralizations in Archaean Isua Supracrustal Rocks, Nuukfjord, West Greenland.

1988: Project geologist, Carl Nielsen A/S, Copenhagen.  Mapping of glacial sand and gravel deposits at Sisimiut Kommune, West Greenland.

Pre-1988 Participation at geological expeditions with the Geological Survey of Greenland (GGU)  Geological mapping expedition from Upernavik Kujalleq to Kullorsuaq (Devil´s Thumb), Northwest Greenland.  Geological mapping of the volcanic rocks at Svartenhuk Peninsula, Northwest Greenland  Soil sampling program at Qaqqaarsuk Carbonatite Complex, West Greenland  Mapping of uranium mineralizations in South Greenland  Geological mapping at the Ivittuut and Kobbermine Bugten Region, South Greenland.
