Olopachys contains three species in the country, namely O. caucasicus Koroleva, 1976 (Ahangaran et al. 2010; Saberi et al. 2016; Mojahed et al. 2017), O. compositus Koroleva, 1976 (Kazemi and Ahangaran 2011; Ahadiyat and Cheraghali 2012; Ahangaran et al. 2012; Zakeri et al. 2012; Rezaie et al. 2016; Mojahed et al. 2017), and O. iraniensis (Mojahed et al. 2019), all belonging to the subgenus Olopachys (Olopachys) distributed in the northern provinces.

Vol. 34, No. 4, Winter 2021, p. 375-395 375-395 مقاله پژوهشی بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ترجیحات مصرفی خانوار برای قارچ شاه صدف 4 *3 –2 1 الناز خانزاده شادلوسفلی - جواد جانپور محمود دانشور کاخکی - حسین محمدی تاریخ دریافت: 1399/03/24 تاریخ پذیرش: 1399/10/27 چكيده قارچ بهعنوان یک ماده غذایی مناسب از جنبهی تغذیهای و فیزیولوژیکی دارای مواد ارزشمندی میباشد. در میان انواع آن، قارچ خوورا ی-دارویوی شاه صدف به دلیل خواص غذایی و دارویی با ارزشی ه دارد به تازگی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بنابراین، با توجه به خصوصیات بیشومار قوارچ شواه صدف و جانشینی آن با قارچ د مهای، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ترجیحات خانوار نسبت به جایگزینی این قارچ به جای قارچ خوورا ی د مهای است. دادههای مطالعه از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه از 400 خانوار در سال 1398 جمعآوری شده است. با توجه به ماهیت ترتیبی میزان ترجیحات مصرفی خانوار، جهت دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از الگوی ﻻجیت ترتیبی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد، متغیرهوا یی چوون درآمود خوانوار، شواخ اهمیت ویژگیهای ظاهری قبل و پس از پخت، شاخ آگاهی از خواص غذایی و دارویوی ، شواخ پ یشوبرد فورو،، شواخ دسترسو ی فیزیکو ی بوه محصول و آشنایی با قارچ شاه صدف اثر مثبت و معنیدار و متغیرهایی چون سن سرپرست خانوار و شاخ قیمت قارچ شاه صدف اثر منفی و معنیداری بر احتمال قرار گرفتن خانوار در سطوح باﻻتر از میزان ترجیحات مصرفی دارند. با توجه به اثر مثبت متغیر شناخت و آگاهی از قارچ و خواص آن بر میزان ترجیحات مصرفی خانوار، پیشنهاد میشود سیاستها و برنامههای بازاریابی جهت معرفی این محصول در دست اقدام قرار گیرد.

The topology or geometrical characteristics of the network can be analyzed through some algorithms of graph theory. In these circumstances, the adaptability of international planning/design paradigms to local context is highlighted as a point of concern. In this research, firstly, ‘contextualism’ is reviewed as a theory underlying urban development.
