The Leadership California Institute was formed to identify, recruit, educate and train future policy makers in California before they are elected to State office. The objectives of the organization are to identify potential new leaders throughout the state and provide them the access and information required to make informed choices, and to provide the education and learning environment on major policy issues facing California so that they are prepared to lead from the moment they are sworn into office.
