During the 2015-16 academic year USC Aiken’s student-athletes earned an average GPA of 3.074. Also, 113 (58%) of our student-ath- letes earned a GPA of 3.00 or higher for the academic year. USC Aiken had four student-athletes, Tiffany Addison (Women’s Basket- ball), Ettore Damiani (Men’s Tennis), Amber Laughinghouse (Women’s Cross Country), Emily Teelon (Volleyball), earn a 4.000 GPA for the 2015-16 academic year.

For the year, seven teams earned an average GPA of over 3.000. During the fall 2015 semester USC Aiken’s student-athletes posted an average GPA of 3.048 Also, 114 (60%) of our student-athletes earned a GPA of 3.00 or higher, and were named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. USC Aiken had 12 student-athletes earn a perfect 4.00 for the semester, Tiffany Addison (Women’s Basketball), Monica Cardona (Volleyball), Brye Epley (Women’s Soccer), Alicia Hines (Volleyball), Amber Laughinghouse (Cross Country), Jennifer Law (Volleyball), James Lynch (Baseball), Connor Norton (Base- ball), Samuel Schiff (Golf), Nathan Shanko (Men’s Soccer), Emily Teelon (Volleyball), Katie Toman (Volleyball).

During the fall 2015 semester eight of our teams had an average GPA above a 3.000.

The spring 2016 semester saw USC Aiken’s student-athletes earn an average GPA of 3.100, with six teams posting an average GPA over 3.000. Also, 113 (6%) of our student-athletes earned a GPA of 3.000 or higher, and were named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. The staff was great throughout with Nick Jobst accounting for six wins and five saves while Nick Yobbi tallied six victories. Trevor Hutto and Connor Riley chipped in three wins apiece.

Moon drove in a team-best 68 RBI after smacking a team- high 16 round-trippers. The Pacers blasted a school-record tying 81 long balls compared to 33 for their opponents. Additionally, the four homers in one inning against Paine established a new Peach Belt Conference mark.

The squad also drove in 423 runs while scoring 456. The Pacers tallied 1,044 bases and slugged nearly .500 collectively (.496).
