University Park Building 100 & 200 are four-story, mixed-use buildings located in East Orlando. Crocker Partners recently completed a $5 million renovation program at the newly rebranded complex. Improvements include: new landscaping, tenant and building monument signage to rebrand the park, renovation of all building entries, main lobbies, restrooms and common areas. Building systems such as rooftop HVACs, fire alarm panels, access control and energy management systems were modernized. The investment in the office center near the University of Central Florida (UCF) campus comes as the company has partnered with the University for a collaboration titled: UCF Visual Art Exhibit. Through the ongoing program, students showcase their work in each building’s lobby semi-annually.
