The Labour Party Work caused Mr Mustafa to join the Facebook Group known as Crewe TV On Demand is a Local News Group. It has about 20,000 Members which is about 1/3rd of the Local Constituency. 4. In Mid 2015 Mr Mustafa got a Heavy Goods Vehicle Driving Licence. On 14th June 2016 Mr Mustafa was driving. Cheshire Police stopped him, committed an Arrest Fraud, discovered he had a Heavy Good Driving Licence, and then used a Breathalyser Refusal Arrest Fraud and Disobedience Arrest Fraud for a Custody Fraud. The Police Station Breathalyser Test revealed No Alcohol. They committed a Test Result Denial Fraud. The Full Disclosure + Corruption Complaint by Mr Mustafa got a Representation Refusal by Duty Defence Lawyer Mr Birch. The Police continued with a Breathalyser Refusal + Obstruction Framing Fraud Charges. It terminated his Heavy Goods Vehicle Driving Employment and started a Long Term Unemployment. The Framing Fraud got a Conviction Fraud. 5. In 2017 Mr Mustafa was a General Election Campaign Worker for Crewe and Nantwich Constituency Labour Candidate Ms Laura Smith. It is a Marginal Constituency. Mr Mustafa helped her to win it with a 48 Vote Majority. 6. In November 2017 a Racial Complaint Investigation and a Racial Complaint Investigation Denial Fraud for a White Petrol Station Manager against the Black African Mr Mustafa was Bias Fraud Proof against the Cheshire Authorities. Nothing stopped them. They had a Racial Criminal Trial against a Black Man who had a Racial Prejudice Defence and the Bias Fraud Proof. The Crown Court Hearing Audio Records were Fraud Proof against the Prosecutor and Trial Judges. 7. On 23rd February 2018 Mr Mustafa and Mr Nicholas Clarke visited Equity Lawyer Mr Ellis. Mr Mustafa agreed use of his cases for the Corruption Remedy Process. They made a Case Explanation Statement that Mr Mustafa signed in the early hours of Saturday 24th February 2018. Mr Mustafa and Mr Clarke left the Meeting House. Two Metropolitan Police Officers in Plain Clothes were waiting in a Black Car for Mr Mustafa to leave the Meeting House. They did not introduce themselves as Police Officers. They pretended to be Neighbourhood Watch Residents. They started a Police Interrogation from which it was obvious they were Police Officers. Mr Mustafa used a No Legal Status Reason for an Engagement Refusal. They went to the Black Car and made a Support Call that got a Police Van within seconds. The Police Officers spoke to the Alleged Residents. Mr Mustafa and Mr Clarke got in the car. Mr Mustafa plugged his Mobile Phone into the car to get power for Recorded Exchanges with the Police Officers and Immediate Internet Publicity. He had the Driver Window slightly open. He asked Police Identification which they provided. He asked an Event Validity Explanation that they could not provide. Mr Mustafa asked Stop Questions about the Alleged Residents. The Police Officers revealed they had Previous Contact with the Alleged Residents. Mr Mustafa used the Stop Event against him and the Release Event for the Alleged Residents for a Bias Fraud Allegation against the Police Officers. The Police Officer made Repeated Efforts to get Mr Mustafa to get out of the car to Talk. Mr Mustafa said they could talk through the Slightly Open Window. During the contact Status Disclosure Requests whether they were Free or Arrested got Status Disclosure Refusals by the Police Officers. The Police Officers pretended it was a Criminal Offence to use a Stationary Car as a Mobile Phone Charger. An Immediate Superior Identity Disclosure Request by Mr Mustafa got a Disclosure Refusal by the Police Officers. The Police Officers lost the confidence for an Arrest Fraud and gave a Free Status Confirmation. Mr Mustafa stayed with Mr Clarke that night and travelled to Crewe the next morning. 8. Mr Mustafa stood in front of the offices of Defence Lawyers Pole Alcock of Crewe and made a Blog Recording about the Racist Defence Sabotage Frauds and the Murder + Human Organ Thefts against 5 Month Old Baby Sunaina Chaudhari in 2000. He gave it Internet Publicity that day. On the evidence available the Local Labour Party Officers made a Secret Rejection Decision against Mr Mustafa. They did not know how to manage it. Email Service of the Case Explanation Statement by Equity Lawyer Mr Ellis on Sunday night was noticed by the Government Lawyers on Monday morning. On Tuesday night Cheshire Police used a Firearms Investigation Fraud for an Arrest Fraud + Custody Fraud + Mental Illness Case Reference Fraud to East Cheshire Council and the Health Ministry who committed Mental Illness Custody Frauds + Forced Medication Fraud. 9. A Contempt Fraud Investigation is needed to discover what influence the Blog Publicity and Labour Party Officers and Case Explanation Statement and Government Lawyers had on the Forearms Harassment Frauds against Mr Mustafa. 10. In January 2019 Mr Mustafa began to get Irregular Employment as a Building Labourer. He took every opportunity to acquire Building Skills. 12. In April 2019 Mr Mustafa offered to stand as Labour Candidate for the Crewe Central Ward of Cheshire Council. The Local Labour Party used Misrepresentation Frauds and Non-Disclosure Frauds to deceive Mr Mustafa into believing he was the Labour Party Candidate until after Candidate Declaration Closure Day. On the 2nd to last day the filing of Independent Candidate Papers for Mr Mustafa got a Labour Party Expulsion Decision against him. 13. Mr Mustafa agreed to conduct Election Research for the Corruption Remedy Process. He got Election Sabotage Fraud Proof. On 5th May 2019 a 17.5% turnout got 29 Rejected Votes + 738 Accepted Votes with 450 for the Labour + 139 for Conservative + 94 for Liberal Democrat + 55 for Independent Candidate Mr Mustafa. In May 2019 he had enough Building Skills to get Ground Work Subcontracts. He seized every opportunity to acquire Business Administration Skills. 14. It became obvious to MPs that the Remedy Process would get a Forced General Election. The Nantwich and Crewe is a Key Marginal Constituency. The 55 Votes Council Seat Minority for Mr Mustafa exceeded the 48 Votes Parliament Seat Majority for Labour MP Ms Laura Smith.

We have to be clear, if the popular policies put forward at Labour Party conference are to be enacted, it will entail struggle. With British capitalism facing further economic crisis, even minor reforms will be met with resistance by the bosses. A Corbyn government would be under immense pressure from the capitalists and their representatives in the Labour Party. The Blairites must be ousted. And we have to fight to build a mass movement, not just to defeat the Tories, but to win a socialist programme that takes the major companies into democratic public ownership and institutes a socialist plan to serve the needs of the millions not the billionaires. General election Undoubtedly there was plenty in the announcements at Labour Party conference reaffirming the pledges in Labour's 2017 general election manifesto to please many workers and young people. The call was made for a general election, and if he fights on a bold programme incorporating these pledges then a Corbyn-led Labour government could be on the cards. But the question we posed in the Socialist's editorial last week still stands: after the Labour Party conference, is it equipped to lead the fight against austerity? While Jeremy Corbyn delivered what many members say was his best speech yet, unfortunately the whole tenor of the speech was about unity and compromise with the Labour Party right wing.

In his political career he was elected as an SNP Councillor in 2012 and was appointed to leadership roles within: Health/Social Care and Housing , leader of the opposition at Perth and Kinross Council, and as leader of the local SNP group. He was re-elected in 2017. He has since stepped down as Councillor following his election success. During his election campaign Doogan has also campaigned strongly against Brexit. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time with his wife and two children. Ian Levy Ian Levy is the Conservative MP for Blyth Valley. He won the seat of Blyth Valley for the Conservatives on the 12th December 2019. This was the first time in 84 years that Blyth Valley has had a Conservative MP. He beat his Labour opponent by 17,440 votes to 16,728 handing him a majority of 712. The traditional Labour stronghold was held by veteran MP Ronnie Campbell, but he was replaced at this election by Susan Dungworth.

They are the key group of voters that will decide the election outcome. MP Laura Smith 2017 General Election Results 47.1% Labour 2.4% Liberal Democrats 47.0% Conservatives 3.4% UKIP Summary: Voters in Crewe and Nantwich think that Brexit is the most important issue facing the country (37%). Regardless of how they voted, most think that politicians should respect the result of the referendum and get on with the UK leaving the EU (64%). Voters think that the issue has dragged on long enough and the sooner it is finished the better (81%). They also believe that, regardless of an MP’s personal views, the way their MP votes in Parliament should respect the referendum result (70%). Consequentially, voters say that if their local MP blocked Brexit in Parliament and prevented the UK leaving the EU, they would be less likely to support them at the next election (49%). Over half of these voters also told us they hadn’t heard from any of the parties in the last year, despite candidates gearing up for a general election campaign. It is probably not surprising that 60 per cent of these forgotten voters told us that “no political party really cares about helping people like me”. The coming general election needs to be about more than Brexit if it is going to address the issues that face low-income Britain. Whether you voted leave or remain in 2016, our analysis shows that any political party will struggle to win a working majority if they fail to connect with the poorest voters across Britain and demonstrate that tackling poverty is a top priority.
