ISSUE4 FOUR March 16th 2020 What's Up? Hello again Craft Beer Fans! Last week saw 32 fresh new beer releases from our featured UK breweries and they all look incredible. From a tasty 2.7% table beer from The Wild Beer Co. to a stonking 12% Imperial Milkshake beer from Wander Beyond and nearly everything in between. Siren Craft also celebrated their 7th birthday releasing 3 new beers which all look amazing. Sadly, it seems the coronavirus is wreaking havoc everywhere and events are being cancelled left, right and centre. Already we have lost two events from our Festival and Events calendar including the fabulous Hop City in Leeds, with many more likely to follow. All we can do is keep vigilant, take precautions and keep drinking awesome beer! LATEST CRAFT BEER RELEASES W/C 9TH MARCH 2020 Double Barrelled Brewery The Big Fruit Heist 6% Fruited Sour A mango and passionfruit kettle sour with no added lactose. Tropical fruits and juicy mouthfeel. Polly’s Brew Co. Bouquet 6.3% IPA A hop bill of new school mega hops Comet and Mosaic, and fermented with US05 for a crisp and balanced IPA. Siren Craft Brew Every Minute Matters 7.2% IPA Collab with Green Cheek. Crisp, clean and refreshing, with pilsner malt making up most of the base with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Sabro. Lost and Grounded Brewers Bitter 4.4% English Bitter Collab with Five Points. Pale, Crystal & Wheat malts with traditional English hops. Piney, citrusy, balanced and smooth. Pressure Drop Welcome To The Internet 8.5% DIPA Single hop Mosaic DIPA. Deya Brewing Co. I Got You! 8% DIPA Collab with Track & Verdant. A big, juicy DIPA with Citra Cryo in the whirlpool. Citra, Motueka and Vic Secret on the dry hop Brick Brewery Inashi 4.5% Sour Collab with Double Barrelled. Yuzi and plum Kveik sour. Fruity and juicy flavour with an Inashi-style tartness on the finish. North Brewing Co. Triple Fruited Gose - Mango 4.5% Gose Mango's juicy, soft, sweet + slightly bitter qualities balance against the signature salty goodness of the base Gose recipe North Brewing Co. wHat KiNd Of vOoDoO iS tHiS? Imperial Gose An Imperial Gose made with lashings of Raspberries & conditioned on a whole lot of Coconut. Howling Hops Push Push 5.8% DDH Pale Citra, Azacca and Sabro for a tropical cocktail of silky, pineapple and passion fruit flavours. Neon Raptor Brewing Co. Delorean Dynamite 5.4% DDH Pale Ale Hopped with Sultana, Citra, Vic Secret and Chinook. Sultana brings a pineapple and citrus flavour to this beer. The Wild Beer Co. Kalamansification 5% Fruited Sour Its bright colour comes from hibiscus flowers and has a big tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Track Brewing Co. All Things In Their Right Place 8.0% DIPA DIPA dry hopped with Idaho 7, Strata, Amarillo & Citra. Whiplash Beer Telephone Line 8.1% DIPA Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats and Carapils, fermented on ESB yeast and dry hopped Idaho 7, Centennial & BRU-1. Big, soft and creamy bowl of bubblegum, melons and citrus. Two Tribes Brewing Co. Hop Blooded 4.7% IPA Zesty Chinook sit's next to real Italian blood orange in this refreshing and ultra-drinkable brew. Dig Brew Co. Art Cars 5.7% Pale Ale Combo of Hallertau Blanc and Azacca and 5th generation London Fog yeast. Fruity, juice bomb esters with a dry finish. Six Degrees North Verdomme 6.6% IPA A single hop beer available in 330ml bottles and keg. Duration Brewing Shifting Baseline 5% Pale Ale A heavy hopped pale ale with a very soft mouthfeel big fruit esters plus ripe mango from the Mosaic dry hop. Siren Craft Brew Sins 6.66% Apple Stout A beer/cider hybrid, a style sometimes referred to as a Graf then merged with a stout recipe. Siren Craft Brew Virtues 7% IPA Centennial, Sabro and Mosaic cut through with punchy hop character and balancing bitterness. Siren Craft Brew Maiden ‘19 11% Barley Wine A blend of fresh barley wine with the same beer aged in a multitude of barrels over time. Wylam Brewery Told My Troubles To The River 3.8% Pale Ale A cask only single hop pale with IDAHO 7. Resinous fresh pine, zingy orange zest over ripe peach and tropical crush. Burning Sky Brewery Indecision Time 692 5.6% Pale Ale Pale ale featuring Citra, Mosaic and 692. Left Handed Giant Moment In The Sun 6% IPA Collab with Broaden & Build. IPA with Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic and El Dorado. Dig Brew Co. Hexenmeister 4.7% Lager Vienna style lager made with Munich malt that gives it an irresistible biscuit flavour. Wander Beyond Brewing Dragon Dance 12% Imperial Milkshake IPA Fermented with guava. Viscous mouthfeel and tropical fruit notes derived from the fruit and chinook dry hop additions Whiplash Beer Safe Changes 5% Pale Ale Tropical pineapple and gobstobbers on the nose with bitterness from Ekuanot, Azacca and Idaho 7 hops. Left Handed Giant Wood, Sugar And Smoke 9% Imperial Stout Collab with Exale Brewing. Imperial Stout with brown sugar, toasted maple and walnut wood chips. Fierce Beer Eskimo Joe 5.5% Pale Ale Smooth Pale Ale infused with Cold Pressed Coffee and hint of Vanilla. Fierce Beer Maple Pancake 6.5% Pale Ale Vegan pancake and maple syrup infused Pale ale. The Wild Beer Co. Liripip 2.7% Table Beer Brewed with mixed saison and wine yeast cultures and then dry hopped, it's got all the body, character and hop bitterness you need. Ora Brewing Co. Tiramisu Stout 5.6% Stout Collab with Boutillers Brewery. Brewed using cocoa powder, Tahitian vanilla pods and freshly brewed espresso coffee.
