It has created “Ningguo Miracle” since 1990s. Its general economic capacity has been ranked #1 (the first) among all the counties or cities in Anhui Province since 2000. In order to analyze the influencing factors of competitive advantages of Ningguo City and explain “Ningguo Miracle”, this article have evaluated, analyzed and classified the general economic competitiveness of 61 counties (cities) in Anhui Province in 2004, by 14 indexes of evaluation index system. The result showed that compared with other counties (cities) in Anhui Province, Ningguo City has more advantages in competition. The competitive advantage of Ningguo City is due to the productivities, the effect of the second industry and industry, and the investment of fixed assets. Then the influencing factors of Ningguo’s competitiveness in terms of productivity were analyzed with authoritative data since 1990 and a log linear regression model was established by stepwise regression method. The results demonstrated that the key influencing factor of Ningguo City’s competitive advantage was the change of industry structure, especially the change of manufacture structure. -

Abstract In this work, we investigate the system of three species ecological model involving one predator-prey subsystem coupling with a general- ist predator with negative effect on the prey. Without diffusive terms, all global dynamics of its corresponding reaction equations are proved analytically for all classified parameters. With diffusive terms, the transitions of different spatial homogeneous solutions, the traveling wave solutions, are showed by higher dimensional shooting method, the Wazewski method. The nonlinear interactions between species is the Lotka- Volterra type interactions between species where aij(i < j) is the rate of consumption and aij(i > j) measures the contribution of the victim (resource or prey) to the growth of the consumer [19]. -

Welcome to the press conference of joint expert team of China WHO SARS-CoV-2 origin research. This is Mi Feng, the spokesperson of China National Health Commission. Since COVID-19 became a global pandemic, WHO has been actively promoting the international cooperation in terms of the COVID-19 response. China has always been showing firm support to WHO in terms of unleashing the role of WHO in the leadership of the global COVID-19 response. 00:01:55 With the consensus based on two-sides negotiation, China and WHO have conducted joint research of the SARS-CoV-2 global source-tracing including the China parts since the arrival of international expert teams in Wuhan from January 14, 2021. The joint expert team has been working from three groups, respectively, the group of epidemiology, molecular research, animal and environment. The experts have been working in the forms of video conferences, onsite interviews and visits, and also discussions. They have conducted systematic and full-fledged research. They have already concluded the China part of the source-tracing in Wuhan according to the original plan. During this period, Mr Ma Xiaowei, the minister of China National Health Commission, has been discussing and having abundant communication with Dr Tedros, the Director-General of WHO, through telephone. They have fully exchanged their ideas in terms of the scientific cooperation in the origin source-tracing. -

Reading through the Top Ten Events, we find that more and more public voices were heard and taken seriously and eventually became driving forces to social development. -
