CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN
This project was delayed for one (1) year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Project start to be June 21, 2021 with completion date of September 4, 2021. 1. Mascaro Construction Company’s plan does not include any street or sidewalk closures for 6th Street or Penn Avenue. We do not anticipate any disruptions to car, bus, bicycle or pedestrian traffic. 2. Our storefront work is set-up for two (2) phases: a. Starting with 3 locations plus the administration area in the northwest corner of the building (corner at 6th & Penn Avenue). b. The final phase will include four (4) storefronts: i. The two storefronts on the south end of the lobby plus the Hoelzel and Garden entrances. ii. Owner pedestrian traffic should be minimal since they will be working from home and not expected to be called back until early September 2021. iii. During each phase, employee traffic plans will be put in place to route office personnel via the entrances not under construction. 3. Dumpsters will be located in both the loading dock area (northeast corner) and Garden area (southwest corner). Clean-up will be done daily. 4. Staging areas are in the loading dock and Garden areas. 5. Construction access will be revised to meet the various phases of completion. 6. There will not be any work crew parking provided. 7. Work hours to be five 10 hour days (Monday-Friday) and 8 hours (Saturday) all with a 6:00 a.m. start. Subcontractors will not start noise sensitive work until 7:00 a.m. and should be limited to short durations.
