The poll numbers showing the NDP moving into almost a tie with the Liberals, may have bolstered party spirits but it’s having no effect on the local candidate. “I’m not going to respond to polls. Do casino owners know something everyone else is missing? Is there a limitless source of gamblers in the Lower Mainland? Are destination gaming sites in Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster and Burn- aby fi lled to bursting with poker, black jack and slot machine players?
