This report on the conditions and educational needs of Syrian university students and scholars in Lebanon is part of a broader regional states. INTRODUCTION

I schemes and program models internationally that are effectively supporting a limited number of Syrian refugees’ higher education needs. Although they saw Lebanon as a place to pursue higher education rather than a refuge, they also reported an interest in helping less fortunate Syrians.
