JON ALLEN Journey Church Lead Pastor

Jon is the founding and lead pastor of Journey Church. He’s deeply passionate about people finding an intimate relationship with God and embracing the full life He of- fers. Jon gets to be married to Erica, the girl he’s loved since they met as teenagers. They are mom and dad to their twins, Sydney and Makenzie. He loves to golf, read, watch really good shows with Erica, and watch football and Duke basketball.

KYLE BROWN Berkley Hills Church Lead Pastor

I have been married to my wife Shari for 17 years and we have three children, Jillian (15), Rachel (13), and Jacob (10). I have served on staff at Berkley Hills Church for the last 18 years, five years as the youth pastor and 13 years as the lead pastor. Berkley Hills Church is 90 years old and has seen a Spirit lead rebirth. We are a church that is seeking to have the purpose and focus of multi- plication become more than something we do but who we are.

CHELSEA BURKE New Beginnings Wesleyan Church Co-Pastor

My husband and I co-pastor a church. We have a unique church in that at least 1/3 of our church is made up of those currently experiencing or have experienced homelessness. Our ministry provides unique challenges. We are bi-vocational as well. My part time job is working for the Sutter Yuba Homeless Consortium. I’m current- ly working to get my Bachelors degree through Indian Wesleyan University. I’m also a mom to two amazing kids who are 8 and 5 years old.

WES COFFEY GracePointe Church Lead Pastor

Wes has served as the Lead Pastor of GracePointe since July of 2000. During this time GracePointe has transi- tioned from a declining, inward focused community to a healthy, vibrant community of Christ followers. This led to starting an additional GracePointe campus, the of a failing congregation, and a facility reloca- tion of the main campus. He and his wife, Valerie, have known each other since they were around 4 years old. They dated and married during the college years. They are the parents of two amazing young adults and their spouses: daughter, Ashley, and her husband, Ben, who reside in the Phoenix, area, and son, Jon, and his wife, Brianna, who reside in the Houston, area.

STEVE COLAW Gateway Church Senior Pastor

I’ve been in pastoral ministry for 27 years, the past 18 at Gateway Church in St. Peters, MO. My wife and I have five children, two are still at home, two are in (or prepar- ing for) ministry, and one is studying to be a rocket scientist. My vision is to increase the footprint of the Kingdom in the St. Louis metro area far beyond any- thing we have seen or done before.

Gina Colburn is the Lead Pastor at Trinity Wesleyan Church in Allentown, PA. She is passionate about reach- ing and people groups with the love of Christ in an ever changing culture. Gina graduated with her Pastoral Ministry degree from Wesleyan University. She is married to her high school sweet- heart Jason, and they have four children. Gina is an avid reader, loves photography, and has a small social media addiction.

NICK EMERY Hope Crossing Community Church Lead Pastor

Nick, his wife, and kids serve in their community of Car- son City, at Hope Crossing Community Church. He has served in different roles with CASA of Carson City, as VP of a Kiwanis group, as a chaplain for the state legislature, in leading a pastor’s group, in prayer at the city supervisors’ gatherings, and as a writer for the local paper. In addition to this, Nick was hired in 2017 to serve as the Executive Director of Life Choices, a community pregnancy clinic. He desires to raise up Christ-followers who know God, know who they are in God, and will share that with others. His heart’s message is to speak the Truth of God’s Word boldly, impacting lives and encouraging others to follow Jesus Christ.

ERICA FARMER Foothills Community Church/Wesleyan Church Lead Pastor

Erica’s life stands as a stunning testimony to the power of faith in action. She loves spending time with and caring for her children. She has a passion for knowl- edge and earned her Master of Divinity degree from Indiana Wesley Seminary. Erica enjoys motorcycle rides with her husband, Dan, traveling, and being involved in community events. She spends her free time serv- ing, loving others, and shining God’s light. Erica was ordained in the Wesleyan Church in 2012 and serves as the Lead Pastor at Foothills Community Church in Tuc- son, AZ. Her passion is developing healthy churches and leaders that become transformed by the power of the and become more like Christ to reach the world for Him.

TIM FOX Hydrant Church Lead Pastor

I have been married to Anita for 15 years. We have a 12-year-old boy, Noah, and a 10-year-old girl, Sophia. I lead a 6-year-old re-start church in Goldsboro, NC and have a passion for seeing struggling (levels 1/2) church- es rethink church and breakthrough into impactful ministry. To that end, I created RethinkSmall Conference and coach pastors and consult with churches.

NICCOLE FRANKLIN The Oaks Wesleyan Church Lead Pastor

Niccole has been serving in ministry for 10 years in mul- tiple facets from Laity to a vocational call and planting the Oaks in the fall of 2018. She thrives in chasing Jesus to hard parts of the community and loving people well. She’s a member of the Greenhouse Network and is look- ing forward to further equipping to follow Jesus wher- ever He sends her.

ALAN GORACKE Hope Church Lead Pastor

Dr. Al Goracke is an ordained minister within The Wes- leyan Church. In 2014, he earned his Doctorate of Minis- try degree from Bethel Seminary with a concentration of study in organizational systems. In 2006, he earned a Master’s degree in Ministry (MA) from Indiana Wesleyan University. He received Christ as his Savior at the age of 29, while driving his truck home and listening to a well- known evangelist on the radio. He became the senior pastor of Hope Church in Blaine, in 2000. He is founder and president of Hope for The Community Food Shelf, which currently is the fourth largest food shelf in Minnesota. He has been married to his wife, Pam, for 34 years and has two grown children, Elizabeth (Brian) and Andrew (Huyen), and two grandchildren, Chloe and Knox.

RICHARD HALL Eden Wesleyan Church Lead Pastor

I have been pastor at Eden Wesleyan Church, Chesnee SC for the past 25 years. Married to my wife, Sharon, with three wonderful children and one grandchild. I was ordained in 1999 after completing the Ministeral Study Course program. I currently serve as District Director of Revitalization in SC on our District Leadership Team.

Currently Serving as Lead Pastor at United Wesleyan (Easley) since 2007 and Director of Operations SC Dis- trict of Wesleyan Church. Studied Ministerial Development through Centurion College (WV), The Wesleyan Church Lifegrow/Flame Programs and was ordained in 1996. Tim was trained by the John Maxwell Company as a consultant, coach, and speaker, Natural Church Devel- opment, Wesleyan Coaching Network, and Initiative One Leadership Transformation Programs. Tim has enjoyed Pastoral ministry for over 25 years and has a passion for developing leaders and personal coaching. Tim enjoys life, golf and motorcycles with his wife Jennifer!

KATIE LANCE Thrive Church Lead Pastor

I serve as the Lead Pastor of Thrive Church in Eaton Rapids, MI. I have been married to my husband, Randy, for 14 years. We have two boys: Simon 10, Levi 9. Randy serves as the Executive Pastor in Thrive. We both found Jesus in our mid-20s in a young church plant. Over the next 10 years we were a part of 4 church plants and went to Wes Sem for Church Planting and Multiplica- tion Cert. In 2016, we moved across the state to begin a church planting movement in Eaton County (10 transfor- mational presences in 10 years in 10 zip codes). We are almost 3 years into our first plant in Eaton Rapids, and have launched a missional community presence in Char- lotte, MI. I have a burning in my heart to see our county (and beyond) addicted to Jesus.

My name is Wayne Otto and I have been involved in full time ministry since 1992 and church planting since 1994. Our church planting experience has included planting seven churches that have mothered three daughter churches. We are awaiting our first granddaughter church, but are believing God for that to happen by the end of 2020. I have been married to Amy for 28 years and have 3 grown children (Erin, Zachary and Micah) and one grandchild named Mason. I consider myself privileged to be a church planter and to be in a season of multiplying leaders and churches.

TERRY VAUGHN The Bridge Urban Church Lead Pastor

Terry is the fortunate husband of Lennaire. He and his wife live in South Bend, Indiana,. They have seven chil- dren, four of them adults. Terry comes from a very chal- lenging background of gang life, drug deals and truly has a heart for the lost. As Lead Pastor of The Bridge Urban Church, in South Bend Indiana, he and Lennaire are knitting hearts back to God. Da Bridge” is an urban church plant, intentional about discipleship, specifical- ly in the context of the inner city. Our focus is to raise up, equip, and mobilize younger ministry leaders, pas- tors, and church planters. We incorporate Hip Hop, in our worship, and all of what we do. Our heart is to win missed and misunderstood generations through the power of the gospel and the love of Jesus Christ.
