Joe served as a part-time Youth and College Pastor at First Wesleyan Church in Bartlesville, OK. during the mid-seventies, while attending Wesleyan University (formerly Bartlesville Wesleyan College). He earned a M.A. in Ministry Leadership from Wesley Seminary. He accepted his first full time pastoral call by going to Brookings, S.D to pastor the Brookings Wes- leyan Church for eleven years. Joe was asked to Pastor College Wesleyan Church in Marion, Indiana. In 1991 he accepted the invitation to Pastor First Wesleyan Church of Bartlesville as the Lead Pastor. He has been serving at First Wesleyan Church since 1991. Joe is married to Dawn Marie and together they have two adult sons, two daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren.

Pastor Andrew is the Lead Pastor at Fusion Communi- ty Church in the rural area of Cobleskill, NY. In 2005, he came on staff as the Youth and Worship Pastor. In 2007, he married Kat and they have since had three beautiful girls. In 2009, God made it undeniably clear to him and the congregation that He was calling “Fetter” to be- come the next Lead Pastor. In the last 10 years Fusion has seen over 300 new , have added multiple new staff positions from within the body, relocated into a much more effective facility, and are being positioned to multiply through multi-site in the future. The Fetter family loves camping, swimming, traveling, playing mu- sic, being with family, and is so grateful that they get to be a part of such an adventurous and risk-taking church body at Fusion.

I was born and raised in in an unchurched fam- ily. I was challenged to examine the claims of Christ by a fellow student and ultimately gave my life to Jesus at the age of 21. I moved my family to Spearfish, SD in 1997 to be closer to my wife’s family and we started attend- ing a new church plant, Countryside Church. I resigned my corporate security blanket in 1999 and went to work in vocational ministry for Chris Conrad. Six months later Chris left and I was made interim pastor. After losing 1/3 of our people in the first few months they made me Lead Pastor and I’m celebrating 20 years of vocation- al ministry this fall. My wife Christina and I have been married for 35 years, we have a 24-year-old daughter named Lauren and a 19-year-old son, Brendon.

Some of the ministries that we have on our campus include a cold-weather emergency homeless shelter, a preschool, a food/clothing bank, and Celebrate Recovery. We are blessed with so many op- portunities to love people in the name of Jesus. I started working at Stroudsburg Wesleyan in 1996 as the Secre- tary, and God has led me on the most amazing journey of transformation. After an injury in 1999, Jeremy continued his journey as a scholar of theology earning two Masters’ Degrees from Haggard Graduate School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. In 2001, he earned an M.A. degree in Religion emphasiz- ing Theology and Ethics. In 2005, he earned the Master of Divinity degree. In 2016, he earned a Doctorate in Church Growth and Multiplication from BIOLA University. Jeremy’s passion is to give people the word of God in a language that is understandable. Prior to pastoring, I worked as an engineer/manager for 3M for 15 years. I have been married for 42 years and have six grown children and 13 grandkids. Both my wife and I grew up in in the Twin Cities area. GracePoint is partnering with the Wesleyan Church in Watertown in a revitalization process. The campus pas- tor is on our staff. In 2004, after 20 years as an engineering and opera- tions executive in the marine manufacturing industry, Kurt responded to God’s call to full-time ministry in the local church. For the last 15 years, Kurt has served as Children’s Pastor, Finance/Operations Director, and for the last 3 years as Executive Director of Ministry and Operations at Victory. Recently, Kurt played a key role in the financial and legal development plan for the merger of the Central and Western Dis- tricts and now, in addition to his role at Victory, serves part-time as the Penn York District Finance Director.
