I resigned my corporate security blanket in 1999 and went to work in vocational ministry for Chris Conrad. Six months later Chris left and I was made interim pastor. After losing 1/3 of our people in the first few months they made me Lead Pastor and I’m celebrating 20 years of vocation- al ministry this fall.
