QUALIFICATION : Follow the links and instructions to enter the keyword with a Facebook account or valid email address and submit your first and last name, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth in the online entry form. The individual on the entry selected will be named the grand prize winner. PRIZE(S): The grand prize is the cash equivalent of your mortgage payment per your monthly statement up to $625 per month or up to $7,500 total. The retail value of this prize is up to $7,500. One grand prize will be awarded. All winners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on prizes received.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of Sweepstakes entries received.

RESTRICTIONS: Participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible to qualify for or win this Sweepstakes. Participants may enter with a new keyword five times each day during the Sweepstakes run. Each keyword will expire the next calendar day.

The grand prize is a check that is equivalent to twelve monthly mortgage payments, up to $7,500. The retail value of this prize is up to $7,500. If the winner pays $500 in mortgage per month, the check will be written for $6,000. If the winner pays over $625 per month, such as $800, the check will be written for $7,500.

This prize is for mortgage payments only. This does not include rent.
