2 Ammassat Nickel Commodity

• Nickel is the essential yet often-forgotten battery metal. • Not all nickel is created equal. • Primary nickel supply comes from two different types of deposits: • Laterites - Low grade, bulk-tonnage deposits - 62.5% of current production. • Produces class-two low purity nickel suitable for production of stainless steel. • Sulphides - Higher grade, but rarer deposits - 37.5% of current production. • Produces class-one high purity nickel suitable for use in both stainless steel and batteries.

• Only class-one (sulphide) nickel is suitable for use in batteries.

3 Ammassat Nickel Commodity

• “Battery demand will very likely be a transformational demand event, which will turbo-charge primary nickel demand in the next decade.” Source: Glencore • “Unlike other battery metals, nickel stands to benefit twice as much from the adoption of the EV and the roll out of energy storage systems: 1) nickel will benefit from increased nickel-rich battery chemistry; and 2) it will benefit from increased EV and energy storage systems sales.” Source: Marc Grynberg, Chief Executive Officer, Umicore • “Our cells should be called Nickel-Graphite, because primarily the cathode is nickel and the anode side is graphite with silicon oxide… [there’s] a little bit of lithium in there, but it’s like the salt on the salad,” Source: Elon Musk Only class-one (sulphide) nickel is suitable for use in batteries.

4 Ammassat Nickel Project

Nickel sulphides in East Greenland

• Ammassat Nickel is the 100% owner of exclusive exploration licences covering a carefully selected 315 square kilometers including all significant nickel sulphide showings in the Ammassalik Belt in Greenland. • The Ammassalik region is served by a local international airport () and is located next to the town of with port facilities, hospital, heliport etc.

5 Ammassat Nickel Project Sulphide Occurrences Ammassalik Belt

Kitak

• All significant sulphide occurrences in the area are owned 100%. • Initial focus will be on the Western Blocks A and C. • Block A contains the new and unexplored Kitak Showing

6 Ammassat Nickel Project

• A regional reconnaissance programme in 2007 discovered a sample yielding 0.73% Ni at Kitak, about 30 km west of previously known showings on Ammassalik Island. Kitak Showing

• Recently, a half day of reconnaissance work at Kitak found numerous nickel-rich float samples occurring within a 40-50-meter- wide discontinuous rust zone, traceable for over 2,500 metres. Surface sampling of this new discovery returned up to 2.23% Ni with nickel tenors of 6-8%.

7 Ammassat Nickel People

• Ammassat Nickel was founded by two experienced and diverse groups: • The Canadian Group • Extensive executive and director experience. • Successful history in fundraising and promotion in the mineral exploration industry. • In-depth understanding of regulatory framework and management. • The Danish Group • 3 decades of geological experience working in Greenland. • Strong network to supply comprehensive logistical support. • Ammassat Nickel owns a 100% interest in the property.

8 Ammassat Nickel People

• Management • Don Moore and Neil Briggs have been a team for 25 years. Together they have sourced projects, made deals and financed them. Both are avid mineral explorers and know that new mineral discoveries are made by keeping an open mind and a drill turning. • Exploration • Anders Lie and Claus Østergaard each have over 20 years experience in mineral exploration mostly in Greenland. They are co-founders of 21st North - an independent Danish Mineral Exploration company focused on developing mineral assets in Greenland and Scandinavia. Both are Board members of Xploration Services Greenland – the premier logistical service company in Greenland. • Administration • Kathleen Mitchell, Shoni Lee Bernard and Ricardo Ho have been managing both private and public mineral exploration companies as a team for over 15 years. Their combined experience in financial and regulatory matters is extensive and is an integral part of the ongoing operations of the companies. 9 Ammassat Nickel Proposed Corporate Structure
