AQUATICS

Aqua Interval – Beginner: Looking for a class that works everything? This workout utilizes resistance training, cross training, and resistance bells to provide the best overall workout at a beginner level.

GENERAL GROUP EXERCISE

Active Older Adults Fitness: A class designed for seniors that includes a cardio workout followed by muscular toning and . Care will be taken to prevent stress to the joints.

BODYPUMP™: Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*.

BODYPUMP™ Express: A 30 or 45-minute version of your favorite total body barbell workout.

BODYCOMBAT™: A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

Cardio Agility: This class utilizes creative and sporty to help you build all-around fitness, with intervals of body weight or dumbbell exercises.

Cardio Funk: This class is a combination of easy to learn hip-hop dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. No previous dance experience needed!

Cardio Mix: A combination of different low-impact cardiovascular moves that is appropriate for all fitness levels.

CXWORX®: Exercising muscles around the core, Les Mills CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves have options, so it’s challenging, but achievable for your own level of fitness.

H.I.I.T: High Intensity (HIIT) is a training concept that revolves around alternating short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. Take on , as well as improving overall cardiovascular fitness. All exercises can be modified to fit your fitness level. Our HIIT workouts will also focus on the core, allowing us to improve posture and overall stability. Every class will be a little different, providing a means of exploring alternate methods for getting stronger and making ourselves healthier. Line Dancing: A line dance is a choreographed dance done by a group of people who stand next to each other in a line and who all perform the same movements. Line dancing beginners and experts alike are welcome to join us for this class!

SilverSneakers Classic®: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Strong: A class designed to develop muscular strength, coordination, balance, and stability. Use a variety of dumbbells, resistance tubes, stability balls, medicine balls and/or functional movements that will challenge every major muscle.

Strong by Zumba®: STRONG by Zumba® is music-led interval training. Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular , tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.

Zumba®: Fat blaster! Fuses hypnotic Latin and world rhythms for a dynamic interval workout!

INDOOR

Cycling – All Levels: Each ride is unique but will include simulated hills, mountains, flat road, and racing. This cardio workout is appropriate for all fitness levels and includes a variety of music.

PILATES, CORE & OTHER

Barre Fit: A fusion class that works with the ballet barre, this class will combine elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and muscular endurance training to improve posture, increase balance and tighten your core.

Mat Pilates - Beginner: Learn the fundamental exercises of Pilates to strengthen your core, lengthen your body, and improve your posture. In this class, your body creates the challenge to improve core stability.

YOGA

Gentle Yoga: Gentle stretching and breathing will help you enhance your awareness of your own body and create healthy patterns for reducing stress and body aches.

Hatha Yoga - All Levels: Will include postures and stretches used in conjunction with breath control to develop mind-body awareness. These classes seek to develop strength and flexibility to cultivate a balance between the two for optimal fitness results. They will emphasize safe alignment and attention to detail so that participants may modify postures to suit their practice.

Hatha Flow: This foundational class blends Hatha with isolated elements of Vinyasa flow pacing, such as Sun Salutations, in order to create greater awareness of breath and body. Students will both hold static postures and flow breath to movement to create a well-rounded and relaxing experience. All postures are initially introduced slowly and with attention to alignment to ensure safety during flow and ways to modify.

Restorative Yoga: Join us for a gentle yoga practice that will center your breath and body. Restorative yoga achieves this by aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Yoga props such as bolsters, straps and blocks assist in helping you to hold poses longer for full relaxation and meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga - Beginner: A moderately paced class where students continue to build awareness, strength, skill, and focus. Vinyasa (also called Flow) classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures.

Vinyasa Yoga - Intermediate/Advanced: In this class all types of postures are explored in greater depth. Postures are explored from various vantage points – holding for periods of time, from the requirement of greater flexibility and strength, and from the standpoint of developing more poise and ease in the face of greater difficulty. Participants should have prior yoga experience in intermediate yoga classes or higher levels.

Vin Yin Yoga - Intermediate/Advanced: A combination of 45 minutes of Power Vinyasa, followed by 25 minutes of Yin/Restorative Yoga to leave you feeling invigorated and strong, but also loose and flexible. Prior yoga experience is a must.

Yoga Strong: This class combines light weights with traditional yoga poses and stretches to increase strength, improve flexibility and build endurance. It is a total body sculpt, incorporating weights, cardio and flexibility. A mega calorie burn!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Master’s Swim: Registration required. Masters offers structured, supervised swim workouts and stroke technique analysis. Intended for adults ages 16 & up who are advanced swimmers. An excellent training program. Average workouts are 2000 - 2800 yards.

Women With Weights: Registration required. Develop the knowledge for strength training with other motivated women to get stronger, increase endurance and build friendships. Intimidated by the weight room? Afraid of lifting weights because you don't want to bulk up? This female-focused class will introduce you to the weight room and weight lifting-techniques that will help you meet your specific goals. A great training option to pair with a cardio workout.
