Dále popisuje aspekty řízení tohoto tréninkového procesu a na základ ě vlastního výzkumu pak ur čuje, jaký vliv má aplikovaný tréninkový proces na zm ěny ve stavu trénovanosti a výkonnosti. Dochází také k posouzení vlivu specifických a intenzifika čních tréninkových metod. Ve výzkumu diplomové práce jsme použili r ůzné metody testování. Provád ěli jsme funk ční testy, antropometrická m ěř ení a biochemické testy. Na základ ě t ěchto test ů jsme zkoumali vliv tréninkových program ů na výkonnost v kulturistice. Zjistili jsme, že použití specifických a intenzifika čních metod má podstatný vliv na výkonnost v kulturistice. Také jsme zjistili, že efektivní řízení tréninkového procesu má celkov ě pozitivní vliv na stav výkonnosti ve sportovní kulturistice. Klí čová slova: kulturistika, tréninkový proces Anotation Title: Managing the training process in bodybuilding This thesis describes the sport of bodybuilding and its training process. It also describes aspects of managing the training process and based on own research determines what impact the training process is applied to changes in the state of training and performance. There is also considering the impact of specific training methods and intensification. In the research of this thesis, we used different testing methods. We performed functional tests, anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests. Based on these tests, we studied the effect of training programs for performance in bodybuilding. We found that the use of specific methods and intensification has a significant influence on the performance of bodybuilding. We also found that effective management of training process has an overall positive effect on performance status in the bodybuilding sport. Keywords: bodybuilding, training process 4 Obsah 1. Úvod U mnohých lidí má kulturistika, bohužel, stále pejorativní p řízvuk, protože ješt ě p řed několika lety byla prezentována jako cirkusová vystoupení narcistických, do sebe zahled ěných jedinc ů, která nemají nic spole čného se sportem, natož se zdravím. Také díky mediím p řetrvává dodnes zkreslený pohled na kulturistický sport. Avšak lidé všeobecného rozhledu a vzd ělání v ědí či tuší, že za významem slova kulturistika se skrývá pojem vycházející z latiny znamenající kulturu t ěla. Tedy pojem na výsost chvályhodný bez jakéhokoliv hanlivého p řízvuku. Zd ůrazn ěno je tady krom ě funk čnosti také estetické hledisko, které zde nabývá priority. Jako trenér kulturistiky a člov ěk, který se tomuto sportu již řadu let v ěnuje, jsem tuto práci napsal ve snaze podat objektivní informace o kulturistice, charakterizovat ji jako sportovní odv ětví, popsat řízení tréninkového procesu v kulturistice se všemi jeho specifiky a také poukázat na možné zdravotní d ůsledky p ři dlouhodobém vykonávání tohoto sportu. A to jak d ůsledky pozitivní, tak negativní.

    Mission The USAWA was formed to continue the long standing tradition of old-time weightlifters like Eugen Sandow, Louis Cyr, Arthur Saxon, Hermann Goerner, Warren Lincoln Travis, and many others. We strive to preserve the history of the original forms of weightlifting, which in the past has been referred to as ―odd lifting‖. Many of the lifts we perform are based on stage acts or challenge lifts of old-time strongmen. History The USAWA was organized in 1987 and was a charter member of the International All-Round Weightlifting Association. The USAWA has over 150 recognized lifts and 8000 plus records, so any strength athlete can find their niche. We have a drug testing program to encourage drug free lifting. Numerous local meets and a National competition are held each year to find true ―all-round‖ weightlifters.
