Family Counseling Service Fox Valley Repertory Jane Whinfrey Harris , a thirty-year resident of Geneva, has served on the Community Foundation Scholarship Committee for two years. She is a graduate of West Aurora High School and the University of Missouri/Columbia where she earned a degree in education. She received her master of science degree in adult/continuing education from Northern Illinois University. Mrs. Harris was an elementary school teacher prior to her role as a career specialist at Geneva High School. She now is a part- time career development facilitator. Timothy J. Reuland is a lifelong Auroran. He received a bach - elor of arts degree from Loyola University and a juris doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He has Fox Valley Hospice Girl Scouts practiced law in Aurora for thirty-five years specializing in the area of civil litigation. During this time, he co-founded the Kane County Legal Aid Society which was later incorporated into Prairie State Legal Services. Mr. Reuland is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the American, Illinois State, Chicago and Kane County Bar Associations. In 2004, he received the Kane Timothy County Bar Association’s Community Service Award for his Reuland broad-based involvement in the community. The Sten and Lucille Halfvarson Endowment Fund was created in honor of Aurora music icons, Sten and Lucille Halfvarson. The fund was originally established in 2010 at the time of Lucille R. Halfvarson’s passing.
