Rules visting aircraft on Friday 3rd of August 2018 ••• Check the NOTAMS before departure, due to rehearsals (between 13.00 and 16.00 local time) of participants on Friday afternoon the airport might be closed. Please plan your arrival outside this period. ••• Please pay your (landing)fees and airshow tickets on Friday between 16.00 and 19.00 at the cash desk near the tower. Youd need your ticket on Saturday!!

Rules for visting aircraft on Saturday 4th of August 2018 • In case of marginal flying conditions ATC might reduce the number visiting aircraft. Check before departure our website www.texelairshow.nl for latest weather info. • Slottime is landingtime (Check out the Supplement!) http://www.texelairshow.nl/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/EH-eSUP-2018-07.pdf • Extreme caution due to heavy inbound traffic! • Positive control by ATC! • In case of lost COM; squawk 7600 and continue as planned if you can make your slot. Otherwise divert. • If 04 in use, please don’t make it too low on final due to a cornfield. • After landing vacate the runway as soon as possible in a safe way! • Follow the instructions of the motorbikes and marshallers! • Park very neat and as close as possible next to other aircraft! • After parking direct report at the airport hangar. • Avoid calling Texel Tower by phone on Saturday the 4th of August! • Refuelling of Avgas 100LL, JET A1 and EURO95 is no problem > please let us know if you need fuel.

Other rules 1. Pilots of visiting aircraft and their passengers have to move direct after the landing formalities (in the airport hangar) to the spectator’s zone. This zone is located in front of the restaurant. Please pay your landingfee and airshow tickets cash or by debit card at the cash desk near the tower. Paying with credit card is not possible. We charge also entry fee because a unique airshow is very expensive!

2. All pilots who will depart Saturday after the airshow do need an outbound slottime. You can find your slottime in the airport hangar and in the Pdf-file.

3. It’s not allowed to stay in the visiting aircraft parking area and the area in front of the tower and hangar. After the last display you can return to your aircraft.

4. AND TAXI BEFORE DEPARTURE IS NOT ALLOWED BEFORE 17.15 LT. Please be very careful when you walk to your plane due to rotating props!

5. Departing traffic shall contact the tower on 119.300 at the obtained slot time with the phrase "READY FOR TAXI". We advise to have the Texel Radio (119.30) frequency ‘stand by’ during taxi.

6. The departure procedures are published in a VFG Supplement . Please do mind built up area’s and climb as soon as possible to 1500 feet after departure. (Check out the SUPP! On page 1 you can download the SUPP!)

7. When you camp at the airport under the wing of your aircraft (please let us know that!!!) during the weekend of the airshow, please beware of the following:

• Camping at the airport is FREE. • Mobile toilet near camping area. • Showers limited available close to the tower. • Bicycles are not allowed on the airfield! • Be very careful when you walk from your tent tot the airport restaurant, especially in the dark! • Please avoid noise during the night! • No smoking on the airfield!!! • Breakfast in the restaurant between 08.00 – 09.30 hrs. (Make a reservation one day in advance in the restaurant!) • Please keep our airport clean!
