BARTON DEAKIN BRIEF: TASMANIAN CABINET Following the Tasmanian Liberal Government’s historic third consecutive election win, the Tasmanian Premier, the Hon. Peter Gutwein has announced the composition of the new Tasmanian Cabinet. The Premier will retain the portfolios of Treasury, Tourism and Climate Change and Deputy Premier, the Hon. Jeremy Rockliff, will take on Health and Mental Wellbeing, Advanced Manufacturing and Defence Industries and Community Services and Development. The Hon. Michael Ferguson will have responsibility for State Development, Construction and Housing alongside his previous roles as Infrastructure and Transport, as well as the Finance, and Science and Technology portfolios.
