It’s hard to believe that we are al- most halfway through 2018 already. The theme of this month’s magazine is ‘get Wserious about play’. Sometimes as busy parents we can get consumed with our family’s schedules and commitments and forget the importance of carving out some time for ourselves, to kick back and have fun. The recent Songkran celebrations with water fights on the street was the perfect opportunity to unleash our inner child and indulge in some purely joyful fun, though I will never understand why the water must be ice cold! It's important too that our kids see us as fun people — they learn so much more from what we do than what we say.
