Thursday, October 26, 2017 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT Dallas Remington Single Found Her Freedom Songwriters Dallas Remington and Amanda Cooksey Home State Kentucky Bio: Dallas Remington (Dallas like the city and Remington like the gun) - From sequins to camoulage, Dallas Remington is a country artist who knows who she is and what she wants! Although a newcomer to country radio, Dallas is a Kentucky girl who has been singing and traveling to and from Nashville since she was 11 years old. Now 17, Dallas has logged thousands of miles on I-24 (her mom has worn out three vehicles in six years!), toured, formed a band, moved to Nashville, completed an artist development program, and recently debuted her irst single, "Found Her Freedom"! "Found Her Freedom" is a soulful country song written by Dallas Remington and Amanda Cooksey. They wrote it late one afternoon in a borrowed ofice space on music row. The friends are excited with the progress that "Found Her Freedom" is having on the charts and they are currently working on new songs together! While pursuing her dream, Dallas is looking forward to graduating high school and to the adventure ahead. Guitars, country songs, and the road have all been apart of Dallas's journey to Freedom - "Her gypsy heart will never be tied down …." Watch for Dallas's upcoming album, Freedom.
